. A huge feeling of disappointment The place is beautiful and wonderfully decorated. It’s clean and really makes you feel like you’re traveling. Unfortunately, the service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. It’s the first time in my life I’ve had to look for my own cutlery and napkins. Drinks were served without glasses, while every other table around us had them. Orders are taken through tablets — in theory, that’s a cool idea, but it doesn’t work because the orders don’t actually go through. After waiting an hour, we were finally served the first order that hadn’t been registered properly. We sent it back, and they brought us cold leftovers instead. No apology, nothing. On the last day of our trip in Spain while strolling down from the La Almudena Cathedral we happen to see the igo ramen, ramen bar and we were just so GLAD to be here. We were a group of 6 vegetarian people and to our surprise we got food to our heart’s content. We ordered mixed vegetables with rice, vegetable Ramen, vegetable dumpling, mango juice and lychee juice and everything was superb in terms of taste, portion size and presentation. Large portions and reasonable priced.The ambiance and service was on point..Unfortunately can't say the same about the food. Two different ramens with supposedly different broths tasted almost the same. The miso broth missing the miso and umami flavor was very flat and bland. The ramen was big on the quantity of noodles but not big on flavours. The dumplings weren't as expected either. Would be great if they could up their flavours and bring in the wow factor ,just as in their ambiance. Quality of flavours is key not...
