The Hat Madrid — Hotel in Madrid

The Location was great, walking distance to all main attraction. Lots of eateries nearby. Staff was very helpful and accessible. Bed was comfortable. Good WIFI connection in room. Private bathroom clean and good water pressure in shower. I felt safe in this hostel, I was travelling solo and opted for the 4 bed dorm ladies only with private bathroom. Towel is on rent.Laundry facilities available in hostel.I was on 4th floor and it get quiet noisy on weekends. The breakfast could be improved, same basic stuff everyday. If you stay more than a day it gets boring. Maybe they should propose hot meal on order...

Within walking distance from SOI station in the center of Madrid, Spain.The neighbor is Plaza Mayor and good location. There is also a San Miguel market, so you don't have to worry about eating. For sightseeing, these are also within walking distance, such as Plaza de España, Royal Palace of Madrid, Prado Museum, and Reina Sofia Art Center. The location is perfect.The hostel is cheap and suitable for travelers who want to keep costs down. However, it seems that it is basically for young students, etc., and it can be a little noisy, so I think it would be good to choose that area according to the purpose...

I spent 1 night at The Hat Madrid (close to plaza Mayor) and it was perfect. |The staff is young, incredibly friendly and welcoming.|I slept in a bunkbed in a shared room, which was perfectly clean and comfortable. In the morning, I had a delicious and plentiful breakfast on the rooftop, a lovely place to have a happy hour (or a sangria workshop!) in the evening as well. |You can also ask to leave your bags there after check-out, which is handy.|The atmosphere was just lovely.
