Sinatra Bar — Restaurant in Marbella

Picture not of Sinatras bar* Disgusted with the behaviour of a barman on the second bar as you walk in. We visited approximatley 7pm 11/04/22. Me and my partner walked an hour to get to the bar especially. We sat down at the bar and I have never been spoken to in such a rude manor. There was a half empty beer on top of a bill with no one sat at the bar so we sat down. The bar man proceeded to say 'did you not see that someone was sat there!' 'You can sit there!' pointing to one chair for the two of us whilst smirking at me. I said 'thats okay but we thought no one was sat there, there is no need to be so rude'. He just continued to smile in a nasty way. We left straight away. We had planned on spending the last of our holiday money there of which we had a lot left and planned on leaving the rest as a tip as we wouldn't have needed it as it was our final stop. My boyfriend rang to complain but we were told 'the manager is busy' and no apology given. It seemed very pretentious there and not welcoming at all. If I had been wearing designer goods I highley doubt I would have been spoken to with such contempt. No way do we wish to give money to an establishment that treats its customers that way. We went to a lovely bar after this 2 minutes away called poke-moon and got such lovely service, better prices and a much better view facing the marina which went some way to make up for this disapointment and...

AVOID IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE, SO MANY BETTER OPTIONS OUT THERE!!!!

Absolute shambles of an establishment, myself and my partner went into the bar area only for my partner to be spoken to as though we were second rate customers. There were two empty seats at the bar, as we sat at them she was shouted at by a bar man, whom i can only assume was cranky about his minimum wage job, whilst simultaneously thinking he's above his customers.

We had spent hours travelling just to go to this bar specifically, just to turn around and leave immediately, as i will not accept my partner being spoken to in such a way, nor will i be giving my money to such a place.

I rang up to complain, only to be told the manager was too busy to deal with me.

I wonder if i break out the armani suit next time if i would be treated so poorly.

dangerous Danny - The day team are great, Miguel and others are there 25 years or more, serving me and my kids it’s a shame the new owner (acting) Danny is a lot out of sorts , very aggressive tried to start a fight in the middle of the bar. After the barman lifted our drinks off the counter by accident but acting owner had to intervene and said he would replace which was great. But the drinks never came. Went off to give out to the staff and then mix with other customers. When I queried about the drinks he lost the plot altogether, came out from around the counter and squared up to me in the middle of the bar shouting ( on a Saturday night ) with all his co-workers backing him up . Mad stuff going on here. Out of his bracket. This used to be the spot to go to. Wasn’t even busy. main man Manolo was off & all the best in retirement if what I hear is true , a legend on the...
