My wife had a necklace stolen when we were aboard last year. I really wanted to replace this for her but the Pandora necklace is now discontinued. After searching every website on the internet I finally found this to be the only store in the world with a new one in stock. With the store being in Spain and their delivery options excluding the UK, I emailed them for help. Well, I couldn’t believe my luck when I received an email within hours saying that they could help and would sort it one way or another. As good as their word, they contacted me via ‘WhatsApp’ and arranged delivery. Within a week I had the necklace. I’m touched beyond words, Joyeria Sai are special and rare, have shown patience and kindness. I purchased an expensive piece of jewellery, it took me a while, as I was scared not knowing them. They had to post this to me, specially make it, then a tiny diamond came loose after some time. I contacted them and was blown away by the service. It’s back with me just perfect with no charge.
