Good for a dirty fast taco….. sloppy service

We have been twice and hoped the second time there would be improvement, we haven’t cast them away completely yet and hope it gets better.

The tacos are delicious and by far the best value thing we have had, their salsa is good too. I don’t think they are Mexican (but from South America), but the flavours are good enough. Unfortunately for us is stops there.

The service in the first few weeks was understandably never going to be perfect, but it hasn’t improved. With the exception of one of the female servers it is extremely flat and unenthusiastic and leaves you feeling a little depressed. There are things missing of the menu, some of the things on the menus are not what they say (refried beans for example), also the refried beans with tostadas are just cold regular canned black beans over corn chips.... yuck! The guacamole the first visit was not homemade, the pricing is strange…. Four tacos for 12€ and tiny little arepa for 8€ (3-4€ would be more reasonable) so we felt quite ripped off with the arepa. The first time we went we ordered six tacos and we’re charged for eight, they really need to reprice the menus so you can order two at a time. I ordered a wine with ice, it was a very small glass and the pour did not compensate for the ice cube inside so it was literally four gulps. Both times had to ask for serviettes and the second time for cutlery to eat out arepa, we were never given a second plate to eat our shared meal with either visit. Overall with great authentic Mexican options in Mallorca I’m not running back here with the exception we live very close.

Overall we’re feeling disappointed and a little ripped off 😩 ….. I really hope they step it up 🤞🏼🤞🏼 because it could be fantastic….. right now we’re not so willing to return.

We were wondering how the food was, as on two previous occasions we went and sat down for Micheladas (First time) and for Burgers (Second time), and they didnt have any of them, so we decided to left. We consider that being properly stocked is extremely important for any restaurant. Last night we decided to give the restaurant a last chance as we live very close. To sit down, I first asked if they did have everything. They didn't have one cocktail that we didn't want so we decided to stay.

We knew what we wanted so we order two burgers and two micheladas. Regarding the burgers, they were tasty enough and price was okay for what you were served. However, I wouldn't say they have amazing burgers because they don't. In the case of the micheladas, we felt very disappointed because they werent micheladas at all. They tasted only to salsa inglesa and lime. And for the first time ever, we received the micheladas with the “beer” already poured in. I'm saying “beer” because it didn't taste as beer at all. The waitress was nice, but the guy who served us our plates wasn't very friendly due to the way he answered for a request. When we ordered the bill, the waitress told us that the Michelada was more expensive than in the menu as it has not been updated. I truly understand we are all going through inflation. However, that Michelada wasn't worth 8 euros. All Mexican places we have been in Palma have a price per Michelada around 5-6€. And believe me they serve you proper micheladas, with actual clamato and not a mix of water, salsa inglesa and lime. As recommendation, if you have increased prices, and didn't update the menu, let the clients know when ordering. Not afterwards. If you are willing to have an authentic Mexican meal, this is...

There was some music from a bar next to it, made the atmosphere authentic, the food goes down better while dancing 💃 on your chair ( maybe some music from your restaurant would be nice too ♥️ )

At one moment the girl even brought us a heater - making sure to keep us warm as we were staying outside 🥹
