Sunflowers "urban spa" — Local services in Palma

Arlet was lovely but I felt a little taken advantage of when I showed up for my appointment last week & turned out I had accidentally made the appointment for the day prior. Arlet's partner handled the situation very unbothered/unprofessionally, and said I wouldn't be getting my money back because I never cancelled (I had paid online in advance) - I think my case should've have been an exception. Arlet very calmly tried to explain their policy to me but very quickly was shut down by her partner in front of me. So if you don’t pay upfront, they remind you of appointment and even check in with you if you’re late.. If you do pay in advance, they just take your money and don’t even bother checking in. Bearing in mind, I had already been there before, so they knew me. Sad situation and won’t be returning to Sunflowers again for Arlet’s partner’s lack of kindness and inability to solve a problem...

Excellent spa, I never visited a spa where I could feel even more comfortable than at home. The place is beautiful, and Arlet and Hansel (the owners and workers at this place) are very professional, charismatic and friendly. Since the moment you enter, you find yourself in a very relaxing environment with nice music, smell and lighting. All products and services they bring here are of the best quality and I highly recommend you to go there!!!!. I'm planning to go when I visit...

All of the services of Sunflowers’s are brilliant. The nails are TOP - for me the best in Mallorca, paying attention to the details. Regarding the massage it is just brilliant. It is hard for me to find the right place for massage... But the owners created a brilliant space where they really care and know what they are doing. DEFINITELY...
