Several big saltwater pools. Entrance is 5.50 per adult. On the website that is advertised here on both google maps markers for the pools it is stated that they are NOT official, and for example the faq are different between the languages. That is a bit weird.

Included are changingrooms and beds. Umbrella's are to be rented extra. There are several bars and restaurants. You can pay by card everywhere.

If it is sunny the place is crowded. Atmosphere was overall friendly. Overall impression is clean, also the toilets. The pool is not heated, so actually...it's just plain COLD. I brought a shorty. The advantage is that there are NOT many in the water.

Two things irritated me: the lifeguard just SPIT on the walkingpath, which i find just disgusting! If you need to (maybe swallowed a fly) then please...in the flowerbeds or something. People walk here.

Second: some people work here and speak nothing but spanish and are clearly irritated if you just don't understand their spanish rattle. Why would you work in tourism in an international orientated attraction and can't speak a bit of english or german since there are so many germans on the island? Who is hiring...

Eigentlich eine sehr schön angelegte Anlage. Sehr viel Wasserfläche mit graduell wechselnder Tiefe, vor allem im großen Becken. Nichtschwimmer müssen hier etwas aufpassen. Das Wasser ist direkt reingepumptes Meerwasser, also genauso sauber und kalt wie der Atlantik. Es gibt einige Bereiche mit Schatten auf der Landseite. Wer einen Schirm will muss dann auch nochmal auf die 7 Euro eintritt draufzahlen. Soweit so schön, leider war unser Besuch sehr unerfreulich. Der Eintritt von 7€ mag ok sein wenn man den ganzen Tag dort bleiben will, will man das Gelände zB. zum Essen verlässt muss man nochmal zahlen. Es gibt auch leider keinen Abendtarif o.ä. Was für uns bedeutete dass wir zu unserem Eintritt kurz nach 16:00 den vollen Tagespreis zahlen mussten. Wir bevorzugen es nun mal nicht in der direkten Mittagssonne draußen zu sein. Und man muss auch bedenken dass auf den Kanaren aufgrund der spanischen Zeitzone und der geografischen Lage ca. 14:00 (Mittag) ist und 16:00 eigentlich früher Nachmittag. Nachdem wir uns einen Platz gesucht hatten und uns etwas erfrischt hatten wollten wir uns ein Eis holen. Ging nicht. Der Kiosk war schon zu, um ca. 16.45. Kurz darauf kamen schon regelmäßige Durchsagen dass die Anlage bald schließt (Offiziell 18:00 in der Vorsaison). Wir waren gerade dabei uns noch die kleinen Wasserfälle und Dekorationen in den Pools anzuschauen, als wir vom Beckenrand her sehr aggressiv aufgefordert wurden das Gelände zu verlassen. Das war genau um 17:36, während die Durchsage bläkte dass in 20min geschlossen wird. Der Mitarbeiter bestand trotzdem sehr lautstark und gestenreich darauf dass wir das Becken sofort verlassen, obwohl wir ihm zu verstehen gaben dass uns die Zeit sehr wohl bewusst ist. Ich meine, wir sind Deutsche. Wenn gesagt wird 18:00, dann sind wir spätestens 17:59 draußen ;-) Wir waren dann um 17:45 wieder auf der Promenade, während hinter uns die restlichen Gäste wie beim Viehtrieb vom Gelände gescheucht wurden. Naja, wenigstens bekamen wir da ein Eis. Wenn das Personal unbedingt pünktlich um 18:00 ins Auto steigen will um nach Hause zu fahren, dann kann man nicht eine Öffnungszeit bis 18:00 ausschildern und dann die zahlenden Gäste wie Ungeziefer vom...

I visited as a brit on holiday with 2 friends of mine on 20/09/2025. We turned up shortly after opening time and stayed until about 30 minutes before closing. The price was very reasonable and we paid for an umbrella. This was something you need to arrive in good time for since they are limited. Plenty of sunbeds around and a few dedicated pools more for families and younger children. Plenty of bars with ample choices of snackbar food and a small restuarant. The water is of course salt water and is very clean and well maintained. Everyone was friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolute come again when next...
