I patiently waited 15 - 20 minutes while the sales staff worked with other customers. Several sales personal noticed me. One sales clerk even brought a customer to the counter where I was waiting to wrap that person’s purchases for her. They then went to the register to ring out. At that point a Spanish customer walked in and the clerk completely forgot about me and went to help her. The woman who seemed to be in charged saw what happened and didn’t say a thing to the clerk. At that point I left the store realizing that in that business establishment Spain come first not what ever customer was there first. This shop have the biggest fans collection in Spain which is very interesting for tourists like us. They treated me very well and the customer service was optimal. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is visiting Spain and want to take something from the spanish culture...

La signora che ci ha 'accolti' ci ha chiesto se avevamo bisogno di aiuto, e dopo averle risposto che avremmo dato un'occhiata ai ventagli, siamo stati trattati come potenziali ladri. Abbiamo fatto un giro del negozio (i ventagli sono tutti 'al sicuro' dentro alle vetrine) ma la signora ci ha seguiti senza mai distanziarci di più di un metro e mezzo. A ogni i passo nostro corrispondeva un passo suo, nonostante qualche nostro sguardo perplesso e interrogativo nella sua direzione. Dopo parecchi minuti di PEDINAMENTO OFFENSIVO abbiamo deciso di andarcene. Forse la descrizione non rende l'idea ma vi assicuro che è veramente spiacevole essere trattati così.
