The item I was looking for had to be brought down from the flagship store but they tirelessly made calls to Madrid, helping me to confirm available items and colours, then arrange for the item to be sent to Seville in time for me to get it before I leave the place to continue with my holidays! Mi experiencia con esta marca no empieza en Sevilla, fue en Madrid en la casa Loewe donde compré mis primeras veces. Tenía 24 años y me alucinaba ir a esa tienda.

Hasta que entre en la de Sevilla, en la plaza nueva. Allí me encontré a Lola que me ayudó con unos gemelos casi imposible de conseguir.

Días más tarde me invitaron al evento que hacían de Paula’S donde conocí a Noelia.

Puedo decir que a día de hoy y tras haber comprado en otras tiendas de Loewe, jamas he encontrado la profesionalidad y cariño con el que me atienden en la de Sevilla.

Ellas han sido las que realmente me han hecho sentir y vivir una experiencia de compra en Loewe. Me siento como en casa y disfruto comprando con ellas.

Desde el primer momento han estado explicándome cada detalle de la colección, transmitiendo y reflejando así el amor por su trabajo.
