I used the online ‘contact us’ functionality with WhatsApp to ask if they had any men’s Rolex’s available. The WhatsApp chat agent responded and said I should come into the store so they could discuss it with me. I said I did not want to waste my and their time if they did not have anything. They said I should come in to discuss it and they would offer their personalized attention to discuss availability. I then walked 20 minutes over to the store and asked for a men’s Rolex and was seated for a sales agent. The sales agent quickly then told me they do not have any men’s Rolex’s for the next few months and after that they are reserved for locals already on their waiting lists. This, as typical Rolex supply difficulties, I could understand, but they should have told me that ahead of time and on WhatsApp so I did not have to waste my time going all the way to the store to find...

I was greeted very warmly by the staff and they were all very kind. Special thanks to Sergio who guided me so I could choose the best product according to my preferences and budget. I really felt him as a friend which speaks only good things about his sales and customer service skills! He was very attentive, kind and helpful, answered all of my questions. He was able to reach a personal level of conversation with me within minutes which I believe is really important for every customer to feel. Overall I had a great time at the store from start to finish....

Hace dos años publiqué mi primera reseña sobre Rabat Valencia, y sentía que se había quedado corta. José, como director, es el reflejo perfecto de lo que representa Rabat: profesionalidad absoluta, saber estar, discreción, conocimiento profundo y una visión clara del valor que tiene el trato con el cliente. Bajo su liderazgo, el equipo entero brilla.

Y aquí no puedo dejar de mencionar a Toni, Bond, Mónica, Kike, Pablo, Víctor, Concha… Cada uno de ellos aporta algo especial. Son cercanos, atentos, cálidos y dominan su trabajo con una pasión y un nivel de detalle que marcan la diferencia. Te asesoran con honestidad, te escuchan de verdad y consiguen que cada visita se sienta única.

Rabat Valencia no es solo una joyería: es una referencia absoluta en España por cómo entienden el lujo, el servicio, la elegancia y el respeto hacia el cliente. Me siento profundamente agradecido por cada visita, cada conversación y cada recomendación. Es un placer confiar en un equipo así.
