Visit Suki Ramen to experience bad service and utter incompetence. Initially, a simple tea spill by a waiter was treated with such nonchalance that it was downright insulting. This was merely the tip of the iceberg. My specific request for gluten-free fare was arrogantly ignored, resulting in a hazardous wheat ramen being served. When this egregious error was pointed out, the response was not just unapologetic but confrontational, especially from a waiter named Chris, whose attitude reeked of unprofessionalism. The absurdity peaked at checkout, where the same negligent staff member who caused the initial spill cluelessly asked us to itemize our order, despite holding our bill. This ludicrous and irrational demand was a fitting end to a dining fiasco marked by a complete breakdown in communication and a flagrant disregard for customer service. We have visited this place several times and the food is good but one of the waitresses that has attended us twice now, has made the experience somewhat bad. First time she didn't notice that the payment terminal was out of paper and made me pay 3 times (I did get a refund for 2 of them right there but still not the most pleasant experience!). The second time was a few days ago and while I was ordering and looking at her she coughed directly into my face and didn't even try to cover her mouth. It made me feel really terrible and not he able to enjoy my food cause I felt disgusted. Now, 3 days later, I am feeling sick and I truly believe that I have gotten it from the waitress of this place. If a waitress is sick, she could at least try and wear a mask or not cough directly into the face of a customer. I will...

Even though this place already has awesome reviews, I had to add because we had a great experience! The vibes are SO cool inside - you really feel transported to Japan almost! Then, the food came so quickly and everything was really good! The only thing I would say is that the chicken nuggets were breaded a bit too much. Service was very friendly and prompt. And then, they brought a little toy for our kids at the end - what a sweet surprise! Thank you for a great experience!!! Highly recommend!
