Delicious food full of variety and fresh taste, more than ample servings if you order the shared plates chosen by the chef. Cocktails are diverse (not only the same old ones you can get at every bar) and very tasty! We got the Pear Sour and the Flåder Collins - two great recommendations! Service was also outstanding. The whole time served with a smile, very friendly, always checking in that we were enjoying and to see if we needed anything more. We were also a large group (14), and they managed it without a hitch! Could also accommodate vegetarian and gluten free requests. Very cute decor full of plants, brick, and wood. Vi besökte Gumman Elvira på Västra Hamngatan i centrala Göteborg. Detta är en liten och mysig restaurang som också har sittplatser en våning upp. Bord och stolar är av " shabby chic " stil och på ena sidan finns ett synligt kylskåp med de olika öltunnorna som serveras. En rolig detalj är de mindre stålnät de har placerat i taknivå som murgröna klängde sig runt omkring. Vi beställde var sin Margareta pizza gjord av tunnbröd 😲... På min tunnbrödspizza beställde jag extra Nduja och portabello svamp och på den andra la vi till Tryffelsalami. Nu till stjärnorna...vi satte tre stjärnor pga att menyn var liten och inte mycket att välja på om du är hungrig.
