BoConcept — Local services in Stockholm

Bought a writing desk and chairs. When I receive the desk, I immediately found a small defect on the surface of the desk. The person takes care of delivery took a picture on spot and told me will report back immediately. As he requested, I also contacted the store to ask for a replacement of that piece of board. The person on phone told me they need to get approval from Denmark side to get me an exchange. I haven’t heard anything back from them 1 week after delivery, a bit disappointed about the customer service speed and the quality control.

Update: Got a phone call from BoConcept after my last review, the lady on phone explained there was some miscommunication between delivery person and store and caused delay in their response time. She promised they will contact me again for exchange.

Update 2: Got an email the day after, got a estimated delivery date. Happy...

We bought most of our furniture from Boconcept in Stockholm city (Kungsgatan). Our interior designer (Izabelle Ribbenstrand) was amazing and helpful. Izabelle took our apartment's floor plan and came up with full interior design for the whole apartment within few days. She picked the perfect furniture that fits our apartment and with the help of their very modern software , we were able to see how our apartment will look well before we even moved in. The quality of the furniture is amazing and above all the service we got from Izabelle was excellent! She was very professional, patient , talented and kind! We worked with Annika Tillgren on designing a few rooms in our new place. She was excellent at listening to our wishes and coming up with stylish and perfect solutions. She was diligent with putting together a plan and examples before we came to the appointment. She had our whole place on a program to play around with the interior design options, sort of like playing The Sims!
