As always I will try to be as fair as possible with my opinion :)
Let's talk about the concept! I had been thinking about coming to this place for a while, it is a concept that I love and that already works in other countries, being proud of good fries is still not very popular in Sweden, plus I am one of the people who thinks that some good fries make your day! so opening this site made me very happy!
Let's talk about food! As I have already told you, potatoes are a big topic for me, I love making them at home and I value them a lot if they are good, but in this case they were no better than correct... the toppings are creative, many vegan and vegetarian options, but the main objective is the potatoes and they weren't much... If your standard is bagged fries you will find a good place to visit, but if you enjoy good home fries on a regular basis this place offers you nothing especially, just a different concept..
The place is nice, pleasant and very comfortable, the music is good and the atmosphere helps you relax, which is appreciated.
The staff is friendly, but it caught my attention that they went to the table next to us to serve them and not us, which caught our attention, and it's not that they were short on staff at that precise moment, so it was possible to do better.
In my opinion, it is a good place to visit with some friends to socialize, have something different, but I don't see it as a place to visit frequently for its food. If their strong point is French fries, it would be good if they made better use of other types of different potatoes and enhance their different qualities... in this way it seems that they specialize in toppings and not in the potatoes themselves...
In short, you can be pleasantly surprised if you are not used to homemade potatoes, but if this is the case, don't go thinking only...

Pom Friterie has completely redefined my love for fries. The moment I stepped into this restaurant, I knew I was in for a treat. The attention to detail and commitment to quality are evident in every aspect of the experience.
The star of the show, the unique Dutch potato, is a game-changer. Its texture and flavor are beyond compare, and knowing that it's sustainably grown near the North Sea adds an extra layer of appreciation. The fact that they're hand-cut and crisped naturally without any additives just amplifies the authenticity.
The dedication to excellence doesn't stop at the fries. The selection of drinks is perfectly curated to complement the deliciousness of the fries. The carbonated cocktails are a revelation – crafted with premium spirits and high-quality ingredients, they're a match made in heaven with the crispy delights.
From the moment the first bite of the perfectly seasoned pommes frites touched my palate, I was in gastronomic heaven. The combination of the hand-harvested mineral sea salt from Bretagne and the selected sunflower seed oil is a symphony of flavors that dances on the taste buds.

Read moreSo it’s not awwwful and maybe it was a weird night. The fries were edible, very fatty and too salty for me but that’s totally a personal preference. We just had the most bizarre service though. (This review is hopefully constructive!). I received the wrong order- the order of the table next to ours. Whatever, it happens. The waiter came with mine but realizing his mistake gave my order to the next table- to eat. I had to butt in and say that I had a bite of it before realizing it wasn’t mine so the woman next to me wouldn’t be eating something I had put my used fork in. Then they brought- what I assume was an ‘oops!’ dish to our tables (which I completely appreciate!) but then gave both dishes to the other table? Also a little weird because they had two extra plates of the same food that they didn’t order and I was just left with no food. I mean cry me a river, but I was super hungry after working out and not eating for a long time). Hopefully at this point one would want to keep an eye on these tables to not miss more, but my husband ordered a beer and it was forgotten. It happens! But the food is REALLY salty. The menu says it’s salty and encourages you to cut it with bubbles! We tried but it never came. I also ran out of drink towards the end of our visit and really wished for water but didn’t have the energy. Heading home with my tongue on fire from the salt and hoping in the future that they just put water on the...
