Chanel — Local services in Stockholm

My friend and I happened to visit on May 17th, quite spontaneously. It was a rainy day, and as we passed by, we decided to check out the shoe collection. There was no queue, and we were greeted with a welcoming attitude. We were free to browse at our own pace until Mr. Kl van Lakeside Woolf joined us and provided tailored assistance. He kindly brought out the shoes I was looking for, even though they weren’t on display.

I had the worst Chanel experience one could ever ask for. I wanted to buy a black flap bag, but both sizes that were available in the store were already visibly scratched inside …the SA told that this is normal (no, it’s not). I was with my best friend, and we had a pre-booked appointment, however we were neither asked if we wanted to see anything else, clothes, more accessories, nor asked to go upstairs. The SA was not talking anything about any of their products, the history of a flap bag itself, she did not mention anything about the variety of available colors, nothing. She looked as if this job was her punishment…Definitely not...

Went to Chanel Stockholm on a Monday morning after they have had a restock and just launched their new 2023/2024 Fall- Winter collection on the weekend. We arrived at 1020am and there was no queue. My wife, my 2 young boys and I were greeted by a friendly doorman and an attentive sales consultant Klaudia. We spend almost an hour in the store with the friendly staff browsing thru their collections. At the end, we bought the Classic Flap in black caviar leather and gold chain in medium size and the new very beautiful Clutch in Chains in black calf leather. It has been a wonderful experience for my family shopping at Stockholm...
