Really fun old-time candy store with various hard candies including sticks. It was great to watch the candy maker at work hand rolling and working the sugar, and then walking a few steps away to take home a bag or stick of candy with you. There were a lot of unique and yummy flavors, like elderflower, mint molasses, and cherry cola. Give in to the temptation and buy more than one to get their 5 or 10 discount deal. Big plus that they offer paper bags and not just plastic. Other things to note: It appears they also do children’s birthdays here as there was a hoard watching candy being made. The treats in the store are traditional Swedish style and they also have many other snacks and preserved goods such as jams and saft (juice concentrate).
The employees also wear the traditional old candy, making clothes to give the atmosphere of a true Polka-Store.
