Munkbrohallen — Local services in Stockholm

Most of the staff working there are usually quite friendly and helpful but I experienced something very unpleasant today. When I tried to weigh the fruit on the scale, an asian-look staff passed by and asked me with very commanding tone to put the fruits on the scale and press the button. I would like to ask you, in which culture would you tell your customers to do what you ask with that tone? Coz of the low energy and being sick, when i wanted to argue with him, he was already gone. Bumped into Munkbrohallen when walked back from Gamla Stan to Tunnelbana, a lot of delicious food and ready to eat dishes which was made easy evening and next day morning for tourist.
