I was telling my nephew about this alley and we went to check it out but as already mentioned: No more Graffiti and stickers 😔 But we took some pictures anyway. But you have to have patience a lot of tourists is thinking the same as you - snap photos of this alley.

El callejón tiene sólo 90 cm de ancho y, por tanto, es el callejón más estrecho de Estocolmo.

El nombre proviene del comerciante y burgués alemán Mårten Trotzig, que emigró a Suecia en 1581 y compró propiedades en el callejón del barrio Trivia en 1597, 1599 y 1600.

Este estrecho callejón probablemente se llamó Trangsund en la Edad Media, en 1544 se le conoce como den tronge trappe grenden, y en 1608 se llama Trappegrenden y, según una placa de piedra en la fachada, también Tranga Trappgranden. No se sabe cuándo se asoció por primera vez el nombre de Marten Trotzig con el callejón, pero debe haber ocurrido en el siglo XVIII.
