I booked a massage, show up, and they said they are full and have no availability. I ask for a refund, they said to get in contact with Treatwell. I get in contact with Treatwell and they will not refund me because the spa accepted the appointment. The spa calls me and says that my appointment was not accepted and for me to reschedule, but I am no longer in Switzerland. They will still not help refund me. I called them this morning explaining this and asking them to contact Treatwell so I can be refunded. The lady says “NO” and hangs up on me.

Cannot speak to their massages, but the business side of this place...

Ich wurde per Email wegen eine Rezension gefragt. Habe eine Beschwerde geschrieben, aber leider keinen Antwort bekommen. Damit werde ich hier meine Erlebnis schildern: Es ist nicht gut gewesen Ich bin pünktlich um 16 Uhr da gewesen Erst um 16:10 ist jemand zu mir gekommen Massage haben angefangen 16:20 Masseurin um 17:20 is raus gegangen Nach paar Minuten warme Tücher gebracht Angefangen mich zu abputzen Dann noch etwas massiert bis 17:40 Uhr

Massiert hat Sie gut , aber Ich habe 90 min Massagen gebucht und nicht 60 min und mich abreiben von Öl Das ganze für 190 chf !

Dazu es war nichts mit Aromaöl Massagen Es sollte intensiv richen während Massagen Hat man nichts gerochen Einfach Ölmassagen waren es. Ich wurde auch nicht gefragt ob etwa mag ich besonders oder welche Druck ich mag.

In den Zimmer war kalt und laut von der Strasse Draussen war 18 Grand und kalte Luft zieht ins Raum weil im Fenster ist Loch für...
