5/27/24: Visited Lucerne en-route to Zurich. Wife and I were really hungry and we had lunch at OCTA. The food was excellent and pricing was really reasonable. I had the Kebab im Taschenbrot. Awesome sandwich with plenty of meats, loads of vegetables and sauces. Everything was stuff in a toasted pita bread. My wife got the kebabteller hausart platter. Meat was sautéed in onions and mushroom n fries. Very good as well. So much food for the price. Must earn when you are in Lucerne, Switzerland.

I found many options here like- pizza 🍕 , Kebab 🥙 , burgers 🍔 and is value for money 💰 . Owner and the staff is really kind and service provided was great. I tried vegetarian pizza 🌱and fries 🍟. Atmosphere here was little hot 🥵 but at the end all you want is tasty food right😋😋 Must must visit here 💯

Very very good! We picked this place because it was the highest rated restaurant in the old section of Lucerne. Looking at the pictures and the menu we're a bit skeptical that it could be is good as its 4.8 rating but we figured we would give it a try since there was so many high ratings.

It turned out to be even better than its ratings. It is so good. Their sauces are perfect and they make their bread ok location and it is outstanding.

The service was also excellent. It's clear that they take a lot of pride in their work.

The only thing surprising about the place are its low...

We had such a fantastic time at Old City Take Away! My wife, our 3-year-old son, and I grabbed some shawarma sandwiches, and the food was truly a taste sensation—so much flavor! As someone from New York City, the atmosphere and feel of the restaurant instantly transported me back home. The outstanding customer service made us feel genuinely welcome, and we also loved that all of the food is halal. We can't wait to visit again and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for...
