  1. Freundliches und kompetentes Personal
  2. Auch komplizierte Wünsche (z.B. nicht-alltägliche Bestellungen) kommen rasch und immer zum genannten Zeitpunkt zuverlässig an
  3. Toll, dass das historische Ambiente beibehalten werden konnte
  4. Man sollte sich keineswegs von dem "Museums-Stil" irritieren lassen -betreffend Informationen & Medikamenten alles immer top aktuell! (kann dabei jedoch ausschliesslich die Schulmedizin beurteilen; Komplementärmedizin ist auch verfügbar, beanspruche ich jedoch nicht)
  5. Anders als in den meisten, weiteren Luzerner Apotheken auch trotz immer viel Kundschaft nie lange Wartezeiten (noch nie über 2 min gewartet trotz unzähliger Male "zu Gast"!) Fazit: In Luzern keine vergleichbare Apotheke - Medikamente kaufe ich in Luzern...
