Definitely great sortiment, all in one place, personal mostly friendly.

Fresh fruit and vegetables the whole year round. Strategically there's a huge cold drinks wall next to it making it very quickly to grab a bottle of water, something from the to go warm lunches satellite counters, and an apple and be out in less than 5 minutes.

Meat department very slow service but great and mostly fresh selection. It's worth waiting.

Huge offer of chocolates..

Saturdays at the spirit and wine department, there's free wine tastings with a very nice and knowledgeable lady, wine selection is average but one still find some good wines. Spirits sortiment is average, vodka, rum, gin, digestives

Flowers and plants department offers mostly the same the whole year round. Mostly one person serving the customers, sometimes one has to wait over 10 minutes to buy a rose. Second person working seems not to care if the line at the register has over 10 people waiting, keeps watering plants, poor service!

Parking around the corner and bus stations for lines 1 - 19 - 22 - 23 right in front of it!

The girl organizing yogurts, named Lia ruckstuhl is really rude. When I asked if the yogurt has discounted price (because I don’t understand german and I just want to make sure), she rolled her eyes and did not look at me. With attitude and no smile, she said yes and with a voice that is so low that I can barely hear her. If you don’t want to service people, then don’t work in customer service. I’ve went to so many countries, Switzerland is the first that let me meet three rude people in two days. It really make me think that if this is the real...

Variety is OK. However I had a very bad experience during scanning my stuff this afternoon. During scanning, a Chinese woman suddenly came to us and without saying anything, checked my purchase items list screen. By then I found out she's a staff. I asked what's wrong and she very impolitely said "it's my duty to check" without explaining any details. I don't mind she wanted to check my list but at least politely told me the reason. Coop management should review it's staff behaviour to customers. At least show some respect...
