Simply a disgusting attitude! I have never seen anything like this in any establishment! My girlfriend and I wanted to have dinner and chose a table next to the order counter where the waiter was standing. We greeted him and took a free seat. And he pretended that we weren't there! And this despite the fact that he was not busy with anything! We sat for several minutes waiting for them to offer us a menu or somehow show interest, but the waiter passed by several times without even asking about us! Overall disappointing and expensive even after considering Swiss price. Food is far from authentic and somehow I found all fried food tasted oily. Pho beef noodle's beef is a joke. I don't mean to be mean but this really was the case since we lived in Hong Kong for many years and have also travelled to Vietnam before. The broth was quite salty itself. Decor is a nice cafe style. We were there just after the dark. I went twice to the Sepa Canteen. The first time we took the degustation menu, which was very nice and I can warmly recommend. The only problem was the stressful person who served us. We asked to have a vegetarian version of the menu and he seemed to get quite annoyed. In the end, the overall experience was positive and the food was quite good, so I came again with a friend.
