Great supermarket to pick up snacks/drinks if you are on holiday and need a light refreshment. They sell plenty of sandwiches/rolls/pasta options and all the drinks you could want from water, iced coffee, smoothies, juices and more...

Chocolate is in abundance, all kinds and varieties. You will marvel at the variety of choice on offer. Whilst here I even picked up different flavours of Skai chewing gum that I wouldn't be able to get back home in the UK like Dark Cherry, Berry Flavour as well as Ice Tea chewing gum. It's nice to be able to buy confectionery that you can't buy in your own home country.

Prices are also reasonable.

Aside from this if you find you need toiletries such as shower gel, deodorant, toothpaste etc, you can pick some up here. Such a convenient...

i’m in luzern since two weeks and i’m studying german , been there to buy a pillow but, when i asked to the middle-aged woman at the second floor if she speaks english cause i needed an info, she said no laughing at me and then said something in german that i couldn’t understand. Etwas entäuscht von Teilen des Personals. Dabei sind mir zB. folgende Sachen aufgefallen während des letzten Jahres: -Ich habe bei den Gewürzen nach Achiote gesucht und eine Mitarbeiterin gefragt ob ich das hier finden kann. Sie wusste nicht weiter (was auch ok ist) und fragte einen etwas älteren Herr (evt. ihr Vorgesetzter?) der hat dann gemeint: „das ist ausländisches Zeugs, das muss Harissa sein“. Das stimmt nicht und wirkte auf mich klar herablassend. -Einem Mitarbeiter im mittleren Alter ist beim Salami umräumen von einem Aktuell/spezialregal zum normalen Standort eine Packung herunter gefallen. Statt diese aufzuheben hat er sie bis zum Ziel mit dem Fuss gekickt. -Eine forsche Mitarbeiterin hat im Milchproduktbereich eine andere grenzwertig zurechtgewiesen und machte den Aufenthalt für alle anwesenden Kunden unangenehm.

Es hat aber auch viele tolle Mitarbeiter vorallem bei den Selbstbedienungskassen, die ältere Frau bei den Blumen, der Herr beim Fisch, der Junge (Lehrling?) beim Kühlregal und andere.

Das Sortiment ist vorallem beim Fleisch sehr gross. Fleischersatzprodukte findet man auch genug. Teilweise fehlen etwas seltenere Zutaten (zB viele Gewürze, trockener Ricotta ohne Rahm, Okra) und die gekühlten Getränke sind...
