This location is very strange, it's inside a commercial building in a food court area called Hoyii. I think it's connected to taipei main station, not too hard to find but kind of hidden. We absolutely love Menya no Musashi in Ueno so we have been looking forward to trying it in taipei since we can't travel. Got the set meal for two and enjoyed the two different tsukmens, one side dish (edamame), one fried dish (croquette) a drink and dessert for 749NT. I thought my chicken fish based tsukemen tasted pretty on point with lots of bamboo (Taiwanese style?!) And extra noodles. The chasiu was disgusting though, I didn't even eat a second bite as it was ruining my meal. It was chewy, with mostly fat, not flavorful, and just way too peppery like a cheap Taiwanese night market steak. Gross. That's why I give the place four stars. Everything else was fine, the other tsukemen (dark fish base sauce) was very salty but still good. Wish they could fix the charsiu. Our extra order of agedashi tofu was unnecessary and it was not worth ordering. Coke was great, dessert was this cheesecake like pudding. Credit...

was hoping to find my menya musashi magic that I tasted when I was in tokyo, but unfortunately I didn’t find it here, it looks like I can only taste it from the bukotsu branch, which is too far for me. however, the noodles were as delicious as I remembered, they were very thick and chewy and have own flavor in them. and broth tasted quite balanced since the soy sauce and seafood combined. however it was like they adjusted the flavor from broth for the people here just like everyone else and I am not happy about that, I can only pray for it to be original.

螃蟹清湯拉麵
簡單說一下感受:湯鮮順口,中後段鹹味略高(對我來說),煙燻鴨肉鹹香格十足 其實第一眼看到這款拉麵的外觀便有識曾相識的感覺,的確,巧合的是去年的5月,也推出了一款雞清湯拉麵。2款拉麵大體上來說,雞湯底的湯頭、麵條、鴨肉、蛤蠣等大致相同,我喝前面幾口湯的當下,覺得味道是非常像的。 當然,2款拉麵在外觀及口味仍存在差異。 外觀上,簡單說,干貝換成了蟹獒,而煙燻鴨肉看似相同,但今年這款拉麵的鴨肉,個人覺得煙燻味更足。此外,今年上頭擺了2顆蛤蠣,而去年則是數顆蛤蠣在碗底,喝完拉麵湯才會現形😆 口味上,湯頭基本上是雞湯底,而今年加入了螃蟹,更添增了鮮味與風味。螃蟹不單只是出現在上面的蟹腳,我第一次吃的時候,湯裡可以看到一些螃蟹肉的細絲,而第二次吃的時候更幸運了,出現螃蟹蛋了😃😋 不論是去年或今年,這2款拉麵對我來說,都存在著在吃完麵之後繼續喝湯時,湯的鹹味都略高的小缺點。不過,無傷大雅就是了,去年那款我刷了2次,而今年這碗,5/5開賣,這週我已經刷了2次
2020/2/25 柚子塩味雞湯拉麵🍜(2/21-3/20期間限定 每日20碗)
雞湯順口,明顯的柚子香味,還帶點酸甜😋雞腿叉燒熟度控制得宜,軟嫩!麵條的切齒感很好,不偏好細麵的我都被征服了,可能是這大半年吃到的拉麵中麵體煮的最順口的一碗了👍

在喝第一口湯時, 著實被燙了一下,湯溫之高, 濃郁的柴魚香, 忍不住又多喝了2口。 看似厚重、入口後也的確厚重, 但,鹹度卻是控制得宜。
麵條則是店家雖是常用的, 搭配這樣的湯頭並沒有失分。
2塊重量級角煮大概是這款拉麵的重點, 果真也沒有讓人失望,好吃! 我大概比較不能確定的是, 是否能夠征服不偏愛或是會怕吃肥肉的族群, 倘若可以,那麼, 真的又該給這碗拉麵更多的掌聲了👏

結論:不是很合我味😅😅😅
主要是在麵上來的時候我聞到一個自己不是1很喜歡的味道,或許是很多人所説的香味、鮮味,不過我卻是有點怕怕的(原因我有點難用文字說明得很清楚,不好意思阿~
因為一開始聞到自己有點顧慮的味道,接下來吃麵就變得沒有很自在。或許我換個方式來表達,色香味,基本上色不太會影響到吃麵者「生理上」的反應,因為應該不會有一碗拉麵的樣子糟到讓人產生類似噁心那些生理反應。
然而,香味2件事對我來說是連在一起的,麵一上桌,沒意外嗅覺走在前面,喝了湯、吃了麵與配料之後,味覺走在後面。以今天的情況便是走在前面的嗅覺影響到跟隨在後面的味覺,好像講得有些饒舌😅
相較之下,5月的那款清雞湯拉麵就很明顯合了我的味,刷了2次也更顯示自己是比較喜歡那款拉麵(有鴨肉叉燒、干貝,湯底下有一些蛤蠣)

今天似乎沒上次感覺那麼鹹,上次喝第一口就感覺鹹度偏高,今天是大概快喝完才覺得鹹
我想這碗麵大家也説了很多了,我只想説,如果明天走進店裡,菜單上還有這款拉麵,我還是會點就是了,就那麼簡單的想法

先來個結論:這是我在麵屋武藏吃到第一款喜歡的拉麵😃 but 如果調味可以再注意一下,應該會更耐吃
會來吃是看到一個麵友的IG👍 只能說這款拉麵的照片真的很吸引人,我在看到的一瞬間就決定要吃了😅😅
拉麵上桌了,真的,帶給我視覺上的感受真的很好,點綴的海苔、香菇、干貝、煙燻鴨胸肉、湯色,我都覺得很美

我覺得如果塩味拉低一點,雞湯搭配蛤蠣的鮮味及本身的鹹度,應該會滿剛好的⋯⋯那真的是粗麵口感有、湯鮮順口、干貝鮮、煙燻鴨肉有香味有油脂,舒服舒服😌😔😔
