Q Square Mall — Local services in Taipei

Being more recently built than most other department stores in Taipei, Q Square's floor layout is kind of a fusion between the Western shopping mall and the Japanese department store. It feels very open and spacious when you walk around. I always come here because they have a good mix of high end and affordable brands all in one place. The central location is unbeatable and like all department stores in Taipei, you are spoiled for choices when it comes to food! They have some good cafes that serve decent coffees.

I also love shopping here because the tax refund process has always been seamless and easy for me. If you spend a total of more than NT$2,000 there on the same day, you can just take the "dockets" (發票) to the customer service center and you can get your refund in cash straight away. Unlike some of the other department stores in Taipei, you don't need to fill out a separate form before you take all the dockets there. Of course they charge a small fee like the other department stores do but you save a lot of time by getting it all processed...

A not a big shopping mall but it has a little of everything. Don't expect the high end brands, but more stores like Zara, North Face, and Sony.

There are restaurants throughout the levels of the mall but the top floor has all restaurants. Typical ones like Very Thai and Momo paradise.

Above the restaurant level there's a movie theatre. It's a nice theatre to avoid big crowds. It gets crowded but not as bad as xinyi area.

First of all, i went to Qsquare for shopping and then i did not know how to use Qcard App in order to park issue. And then i walked to table 1 customer servicer, her name is Miss.Wang, her service is suck and table even if you could not imagine how impoilte and rudeness she did. She asked what is service,according to PZB service quality Model.Her service is low quality maybe i can say she didn't solve my question and she tried to argue and fighting with customer ... At finally , she broken up my mood and holiday. IF I HAVE RIGHT I DID NOT GIVE QSQUARE...
