Read more4 years ago, although service was sub-par, the food made up for it. Now, as with most famous restaurants, their service was worse than ever. The waitress who served us went through everything rather quickly and when we asked her to explain a 2nd time slowly, but she had this grumpy face. When I wanted to ask her another question that was different, she just walked away!!! We also forgot we could just walk to the area to pick other food so most of us sat there for quite awhile staring at each other. They could have at least say while waiting for your meat, you may proceed to the cold cut sectio. We also had trouble using the app. The Hagaan-Dazs double chocolate chip ice cream was empty and not refilled. At 933pm, they came to us and said our dinner was to end at 1005pm, in a hurry, I went to the cold section area to pick my fish roes fish balls but there was only 3 tongs and a throe of customers...the ice cream scoops had the same issue. I guess this is how they earn our money...set a time limit but not providing enough tongs and scoops and slow refills. My husband who used to enjoy it decided to bring our family of 10 but all wondered why we found it so good. Food standard dropped and service was worse than before. The 1 star I give for service was only because they allowed my mil who had a bad knee to use the lift. Am greatly disappointed and won't return again. As per what my husband said, with service and limited time to eat, we might as well head back...
