Lotus's go fresh — Local services in Khlong Tan Subdistrict

Absolutely AWFUL service from the inexperienced staff 'working' there, extremely rude with customers, dirty place that is constantly full of water leaking on the floor, plastic baskets kept in the middle of the corridors, the bin at the entrance is often full of rubbish everywhere on it and around it, which is quite disgusting as it's kept just next to the main entrance. But the biggest issue is probably the 'fake' promotional prices that are displayed in the shop: plenty of them will not be applied correctly at the cash desk and you will have to PROVE the real price that is displayed on store, either by taking a picture of them or even coming with the price tag in hand! Unbelievable...

The lotus shop online was heavily promoted to the third party applications everywhere. but the staff that handles the picking fresh products for customers never been properly train and often you got old veggies and fruits. This branch delivery service was more readable than other one even it was never delivered on time (within 1 hour). But most of the time order was completed without missing any item. It's just the quality of the fresh product that not good. The minced pork was like 50% fat but stated as 30% fat. Not so...
