It was Sunday afternoon when I visited Nana Square, I must say the place was totally deserted, only the security was sitting on a chair by entrance holding a digital Thermometer to check the visitors. I immediately went out the same door as soon I went in and had my temperature scanned. As an update (June 2025), I continue to use the car park (basement of the building) that is managed by security guards who will register your vehicle number and hands you a print on entry. Although the shopping center officially opens at 11:00am, the car park remains open and in such case, one can park and walk outside using the car park entrance way. It costs THB50 every hour. The mall has two passenger lifts that Get Off to all floors (B2 to upper floors) Many shops and restaurants are distributed in the building, including Cafe, fast food, and various stalls selling clothes, etc. Banking services are also available either in the building or next to it. Security is provided in all floors and specially at the entrances. I find it very convenient for me to use the services of this location whenever I come by. I recall witnessing this place being full of shoppers in the but...
Read moreThis is an odd little shopping mall. With the exception of some western fast food restaurants (Carl's Jr., Burger King, and Starbucks), it is a very much a Thai place. That said, I felt very comfortable walking around. I was there specifically for a burger at Carl's Jr. I like the place also for its convenient location and underground parking. On this visit I discovered that they had a food court on the 3rd or 4th floor (I forget which). I walked through to see what was offered. It was small with not the selection of places like MBK or Terminal 21 but it was adequate. I love food courts in Thailand so I will try the food court next time.
The shops on the various levels had little of interest to me and I didn't go into any of them during my perambulations. I would have tried a shoe store but experience has shown that few places, especially those primarily catering to Thai people, do not have sizes that will fit my larger than locally...
Read moreOpposite of Soi Nana is the Nana Square mall. It is known to have had better days. Apart from the food, which is actually pretty good and decently priced, it presently is mostly either populated by overpriced knock off shops for fashion, small service outlets like a barber and a bunch of tourist trinkets. I went to help a friend whose visa agent was located here so I had some time to stroll around. As said the food is good. There's a food court on the third floor and on the ground floor you have a new Prime burger place which I prefer 100x more over the Burger King next door. Parking is the 1st on your right entrance on Sukhumvit. Don't take the second one as that's from a bank who not surprisingly overcharges you 30thb per hour...
