Prime Burger Nana — Restaurant in Khlong Toei Nuea Subdistrict

This was my first time dining at Prime Burger Nana after reading several good reviews about their burgers, so my wife and I decided to give it a try. The burgers themselves were decent and tasty but quite expensive and for the price paid for, I think consider other food options nearby which is definitely cheaper and more affordable.

Unfortunately, the service was shockingly poor and completely ruined the experience. I ordered a double patty burger but was served only a single patty. When I pointed this out, instead of replacing the entire burger as proper service recovery, the waitress simply brought me an extra patty and told me to put it on myself. This is not acceptable in any decent restaurant.

I then asked to cancel my burger, but the waitresses were rude and dismissive, insisting the orders had already been prepared. The mistake was clearly theirs, yet they handled it in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. There was no genuine apology, no effort to take responsibility, and no courtesy shown throughout.

What made matters worse was the attitude at the point of payment. Even then, the waitress remained rude – no apology, no thank you, nothing at all. For a place that charges premium prices, this level of service is unacceptable. Customers are not just paying for the food, but also for the overall dining experience, which includes respectful and professional service.

Management at Prime Burger Nana seriously needs to look into the quality of their service staff. Based on my experience and from reading other reviews, I am not the only customer who has encountered rude and unprofessional waitresses here. If management truly cares about their reputation, they must improve training, service recovery standards, and staff attitude.

Had the staff handled the mistake properly – with professionalism, courtesy, and genuine service recovery – I would have been willing to forgive and still leave a five-star review. Unfortunately, the service was so appalling that it completely overshadowed the food.

Not recommended for their service. Very disappointing – this was my first meal after landing in Bangkok and it turned out to be a terrible experience. I truly wish they had handled things better…...

Excellent charcoal grilled burgers made with Australian beef. Specials Mon-Friday. Special includes a specialty burger plus a side. I was there on Friday, July 5th. The special was a Paris Burger , 2 beef patties each with American cheese. Crispy smoked beef bacon, fresh tomato slices lettuce, complimented with Dijon mustard and truffle mayo. The side was Mix fries (french fries, curly waffle and sweet potato fries) They were tasty and crispy with the waffle fries my favourite of the bunch. The Paris Burger was juicy, succulent with a wonderful slightly charred taste as if just off a BBQ grill. The week day specials are 319 Baht, good value and much better than Burger King or MacDonald's. It is located in the former Carl Juniors spot in Nana Square and also outshined those burger options as well. I would rank Prime Burger one of the top hamburger restaurants in Bangkok. They also cater to those prefering Halal burgers - ensuring no pork products at the Nana Square branch. Highly recommended particularly the week day specials London burger on Mondays, Bangkok burger on Tuesdays, New York burger on Wednesdays, Stockholm burger on Thursdays with the Paris burger on Fridays. Best burgers I’ve had in Thailand ! Gourmet burgers done right , they have branches all over Thailand for good reason. I tried the Stockholm which an award winning burger and one of their most popular burgers with waffles fries. I also tried the orea milkshake, everything was fantastic , the burgers were juicy and has a sour tang from the sauce and raw vegetables gave it that freshness.
