A return to our Bangkok home at the traditional Landmark did not disappoint and following our previous reviews, we are back again. Still undergoing renovation in sections, the new works around the central atrium look splendid. Check in was conducted at club level and off to our room on the 27th floor near to the lifts. Unfortunately a room issue led to a quick room change to a bigger room, but well handled by the club reception. The transfer to the premium corner club room was spacious and had all the usual amenities you’d expect from the Landmark with great views across the Bangkok skyline. ||The club lounge was just as amazing as before with inclusive food morning and evening, staff here were very friendly and attentive. Food remained high quality and changed every evening. The lounge would definitely benefit from a repaired or new toaster however, which took a long time to toast bread and then only one side or the other. ||The lobby is again closed for renovations, so pedestrian entry/exit is via the new eateries atrium, much easier than before. Taxi drop offs are at the side of the hotel. The hotel features the London style bar, now in an open plan “Quad” area but also includes a new bakery, Italian outlet, burger outlet, and Greenhouse local food restaurant, this one being open conveniently 24 hours a day. We tried the latter, extremely tasty curries, great early hours service and reasonably priced for a hotel. I can only imagine that when the renovations are complete, the lobby will look amazing if the other recent improvements are to go by. ||The pool area on the 9th floor still maintained the relaxing ambiance with the improvements suggested on a previous review. But the attention to detail by staff was now excellent. Bar/snacks service was readily available at reasonable cost and the staff here were again just perfect. ||We had to use the Jiva Spa again, no change here, still excellent, soooo relaxing and professional with their massages and not much more cost wise than street massage shops. ||Staff are the biggest Landmark asset here, very attentive, professional and friendly. It is the staff here that make this hotel the best, with special mention to the club floor hosts, just perfect. ||The Landmark still remains our Bangkok home and we will be back, all booked for a special birthday early next year when we will try out the Landmarks’ Rib Room restaurant. We can’t...

From the time of my airport p/u to the last day of my 14 day quarantine stay, the hotel staff were friendly, courteous and efficient; quickly acting on my needs and requests

Efficient communications using either Whatsapp or Line (your choice) to communicate with hotel or BNH hospital staff; this will be set up with the hotel staff upon your arrival.

With a 14 day quarantine and not being allowed out of your room; I would highly recommend spending a little extra and get the corner room, it’s well worth it for the extra space & your mental well being; the layout is similar to a one bedroom, believe me, the extra space will be appreciated over the 14 days in confinement. Room was clean and well furnished; windows on 2 sides of the room brightens up what could be depressing quarantine confinement; 2 separate large screen Samsung TVs, 1 facing the bed and the other 1 facing the “living room” sofa. Nice large work desk/table to place your laptop on. Room comes with a nice large walk-in shower and a separate bathtub for those who are still into baths. I really can’t imagine spending 14 days quarantined in a normal size square hotel room with a bed taking up half the space.

They have a 7 day rotating western/asian breakfast/lunch/dinner menu in addition to a separate Japanese & vegetarian menu, mix & match your meals for variety. Full meals with appetizer/salads, main entrees, desserts & drinks is more than enough to satisfy your appetite.

I requested a microwave in my room to reheat any cold leftovers which they gladly accommodated.

It’s the small personal touches that make the difference, sufficient toiletries & towels to last the 2 weeks, unlimited water, refrigerator stocked with soda/juices and snacks (chips, nuts, etc) were provided with the room.

Only negative is that you are not allowed out of your room for the entire 14 days quarantine, this is the government mandate and out of the hotel control. Besides the initial Covid test on first day or arrival, you will need to take 2 additional tests during the stay which were the only times I was allowed out of my room.

On my last night, the hotel chefs provided a special farewell dinner (choice of entrees)

I was not looking forward to a 14 day quarantine confined to a room, however If I have to do another quarantine, I’d use the...

As a seasoned journalist with a career spanning some of the most prestigious publication brands in the UK, my professional journey has honed my attention to detail to an exceptionally high level. It's not often that I find myself compelled to write about individual experiences, but my recent stay at The Landmark Bangkok has left me with no choice but to share my exceptional encounter.

The heart of my remarkable experience was none other than Nattha, affectionately known as Tracy. In a world where true professionalism paired with genuine friendliness is a rare gem, Tracy shines brightly. Her innate understanding of customer satisfaction is beyond commendable; it's exemplary.

Tracy doesn't just perform her duties; she embodies the essence of hospitality. Her efforts to go above and beyond in accommodating customer needs are not just noticed but deeply appreciated. It's her proactive approach and keen eye for detail that sets her apart. Whether it was ensuring that every aspect of my stay was seamless or her ability to anticipate needs even before they were voiced, Tracy demonstrated a level of dedication that is rare.

Moreover, Tracy's communication skills are exceptional. She possesses the rare ability to make every guest feel heard, valued, and respected. It's no surprise that she is both respected and loved by her colleagues and guests alike. Her demeanor and professionalism reflect not just on her as an individual but on The Landmark Bangkok as a whole, showcasing a level of management quality that deserves recognition.

My experience at The Landmark Bangkok, largely influenced by Tracy's outstanding service, has left an indelible mark. It is a testament to her exceptional abilities that I am not only planning to return but also looking forward to bringing my guests to experience the same level of satisfaction that I did.

In closing, I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Tracy for making my stay at The Landmark Bangkok not just pleasant but memorable. Her dedication to excellence in customer service is a beacon for others in the hospitality industry. I eagerly anticipate my next visit and the opportunity to once again experience the exceptional service that Tracy and The Landmark Bangkok are...

The Landmark is, hands down, the best hotel in Bangkok. I’ve stayed at so many places in the city over the years, and nothing comes close to how warm, polished, and genuinely caring the team is here. From the moment I arrived, every interaction felt personal and effortless—special shout-out to Winnit and Tracy, who were absolute standouts: professional, kind, and always one step ahead of what I needed. They’re the kind of team members who make a great hotel unforgettable. Rooms are spotless, quiet, and super comfortable—great beds, strong showers, and thoughtful little touches that make settling in easy. The location is ideal for getting around, yet the hotel itself feels like a calm retreat from the city buzz. Check-in and check-out were fast, housekeeping was consistent and discreet, and security was present without ever feeling intrusive. Facilities are excellent. The outdoor pool is bright and relaxing with plenty of loungers, towels ready, and staff who actually keep an eye out to help. The gym is one of the best I’ve used in a hotel—spacious, well-equipped with modern machines and free weights, and kept cool and clean so you’re not fighting the heat while you train. Post-workout, the spa/steam areas are a bonus and help you reset after a long day. Breakfast is a highlight. The variety is huge—fresh fruit, salads, pastries, Asian and Western hot dishes, and made-to-order eggs—plus genuinely good coffee and quick, attentive service so you’re never waiting. It’s the kind of breakfast that sets you up for the day rather than just ticking a box. Dining across the hotel is strong overall, with consistent quality and fair pricing for the level of service. What lifts The Landmark above the rest is the people. Everyone I met was warm and proactive—doors opened before I reached them, water appeared the second I looked warm, and any request was handled with zero fuss. Winnit and Tracy deserve another mention: they embody hospitality at its best and made me feel like a valued regular on the first stay. If you’re choosing where to stay in Bangkok, this is the benchmark. Exceptional service, great facilities, and real comfort—five stars without hesitation.

I am enjoying my stay here. Had a hiccup in the price per night given over the phone vs their online prices. I dont need to nickle and dime but their website offered either free breakfast or free massage at a better rate than when I called. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The room has been Good, the service has been great. This place is huge and has many different types of restaurants. I just discovered the pool, hot tub, and a sun deck overlooking the skyline. There are out door bars which look appealing for the busy season. If this was in Manhattan the place would be crowded Tuesday- Saturday. Since this is my first trip I have nothing to compare it to but I am pleasantly enjoying my stay. Update Stopped by the gym to use the sauna and steam before a swim early this morning. The gym was busy and the locker room looked like a country club / high end. Visited the bar lounge several times today. To my surprise when i requested a pineapple juice, the bartender gave me a delicious pineapple daiquiri. Went back for 2 more + vodka. Pool was busy during the afternoon and the pool bar was open. I compliment the staff all around. I left my room bill with $700thb in it. Came back and it was still there. The house keeper tidied everything up nicely. The staff is always keeping busy cleaning and making sure everything is perfect. And there is a wedding here today. I extended my stay to a third day so I can try the food here as I am an avid foodie back home. Took a walk through the executive club to check out the view but the high class steak place was closed earlier. Update: This place keeps amazing me So I went to dinner at the Rib room and Bar... the place is amazing and the name does not do it justice. However the michelan stars do (ill spell check later). Ordered a bottle of wine, Alaskan king crab starter and a waygu tenderloin.. but was I amazed. You need to try this place if you are in the area. From a foodie perspective this place was my top meal. See the pictures and visit soon. Last thing is they have a male and female singer in the main lounge tonight. Great show...
