I don’t write reviews, typically, but my “experience” has compelled me to do so.

EXTREMELY unprofessional. I got up and walked out about halfway through the session (see below). Laughably terrible.

• Washed part of one foot and just the toes on the other.

• Inconsistent massage that was extremely rushed and sporadic (ie. 5min on my left shoulder, 30 seconds on my right).

• She didn’t realize she was sitting on my hand with her knee for about 10 seconds until I said something

• Stopped multiple times to whisper to her coworker next to my area.

• Coworker kicked my side while adjusting for the person next to me

• Didn’t respond after multiple instances me expressing something was painful (I prefer a high pressure intense massage).

• I got up when she was just leaning on my chest with her elbow while talking to her friend and somehow forgot she was giving a massage.

Seems like they skipped through one YouTube video on Thai massages while browsing Instagram and then just opened shop.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR $ HERE (unless you want to prank someone you despise).

Average spa massage service for the package and rates (3.5/5) 🙏

The spa is located in the basement. The access to the spa is at ground floor via TAKASHIMAYA escalator (in the middle of the department store). Took awhile to find.

The massage experience was a little underwhelming (Comparing to Health Land, Let’s Relax Spa, Dahra Spa). Went with 1hr aromatic massage, the spa design is average. The room is tiny with no compartment to place our bags and hang out clothes.

It may be my mistake to walk in at 9pm. My masseur/therapist was rushing and I don’t feel “relax” and “calm” (dropping my hands and legs when positioning, and massaging with higher speed).

The package and rates are on the higher end of spa. Which will be fine if the experience were more pleasant (e.g. masseurs and receptionist are more professional).

Overall, above average spa...

Beware! Stay away.. They are not good except they have the location. I was excited to check out this place after a long day at Icon Siam. They are located inside the parking lot. However, I was so disappointed with their service. I paid $2500 THB for Aromas massage ( more expensive then if we walk outside of Icon Siam). So, I’m expecting a better relaxing massage. The guy at the front desk recommended the Lavender Aroma massage vs the Thai massage with oil for $1600 THB. So, I got it based on his recommendation. OMG! the girl I got gave me oil elbows massage. The oil have no aroma sense to it. The whole time I told her to be gentle/soft. She didn’t listen but just elbowed me for the 90 minutes. I complained after my massage but they don’t care because they already got your money when you booked your...
