The BEST and MOST AUTHENTIC I-SAN RESTAURANT STILL EXISTED! Papaya Salad Thai style and homemade pork sausages are to die for made by Chef Noi! We came back 3 times and 16 of our family group voted Som Tum Hua Mai is the best of the best! The price is also reasonable. I am from Korat, I-San province and have been here a week. We have been to many restaurants all around Sunrise, Pattaya, and Sunset beaches, by far, Som Tum Hua Mai is our favorite! All dishes are very well-made, never overcooked. We give our highest recommendation for anyone wanted super authentic and delicious Thai I-San food!

Northern Thailand style steamboat which use charcoal. The restaurant just opposite The Chic Lipe as I don't know how to read Thai. So I always find The Chic Lipe to get to this restaurant. The fried pork neck, the papaya salad and century is really nice. Must order dishes beside the steamboat Overall it is a good place to eat during a chilling day

I tried this place after two disastrous meals at well-rated restaurants on Walking Street. I liked it so much that I ended up eating 6 of my next 8 meals here. Delicious food, great ambience, friendly service and an open, clean kitchen. I highly, highly recommend it.
