We patronized this particular outlet many times since last year. Their body massage is reluctantly acceptable but certainly not for their foot massage ( it has never been good so far ).

Due to convenience, I went there 2 times last week and was looking forward to get a decent foot massage. I specifically requested the staff at counter to provide me with a good standard masseuse. However, the same problem resurfaced and it was worse than expected.

Again, the masseuse doesn't possess the fundamental skill or strength to provide a decent foot massage. Asolutely no entry level, and it is overall frustrating.

A total waste of my time & money. I would have given them no star if the system allows. Strictly not...

I wanted to try the massage here given I am staying at the hotel and had a great massage at their spa in Phuket last week, although the staff at the reception was cold and borderline rude.

I called at 8pm to make a 10pm appointment and requested for a strong massuer. When I arrived at the spa they allocated a massuer whom can only does soft or normal massage as she has wrist injuries. Located inside the Mandarin hotel, we got the back and shoulders massage. The spa itself is a very clean and relaxing environment. We were provided with cold teas and cool towel to refresh when we arrived. Our massages were in a private room with comfy cots and a change to massage clothes. Although we got the back and shoulder massage, they still massaged other parts such as legs, arms, and head.
