DO NOT Get Relaxed Massage – Phuket ❌ Worst massage ever. I’d give it a -0 if I could. The place was nearly empty—now I understand why. Out of all the places I visited daily in Phuket, this was by far the worst. Not clean. Not safe. Don’t go. I got a full Thai massage with my friend, and they did not do their job properly. They ask what areas you don’t want touched, and I said my legs but the lady massaged my legs for nearly half the time. I kept repeating “don’t do it,” but she ignored me.

Then she moved to my back and kept putting her full body pressure on my bones. I told her “not on my bones” and even showed her, but she acted like she didn’t understand. She pressed directly on my spine, even after I warned her it was dangerous. She would stop for 30 seconds, then go back to it.

When all the tension went to my shoulders, she left mid-session to pour hot water on my back. I told her to finish because I had a headache from everything she’d done. I came to relax, but it felt more like an exorcism. She returned and massaged my shoulders with one hand while shocking me with the other. I tapped and asked her to be gentle. She didn’t listen.

She ended with hot stones so scorching that I screamed “Hot! Ouch!” but she didn’t stop. It was honestly a horror movie.

The front desk receptionist named Wassana, showing her long face from the moment that we step in. When we wanna double confirm, what package that we booked, she asked " you don't know what you booked?I don't know " something like this. What a terrible service provider and horrible facial expression that she shown at the whole time. Also leaving without a word when we not yet finish our conversation, and her colleague named Anthony , who sat next to her at the whole time, using Thai language to communicate with each other and showing the face as they are taking some gossip about us. He explained that she is almost finish her work that's why she is leaving.

We thought let's relax always provide such professional service to every tourist around the world. With no discrimination and provide equal service to everyone. Wassana and her colleague Anthony should be a shame of themselves, and we are so disappointed and would never come back to this branch or recommend anyone going...

Let's Relax Spa is consistently my top choice whenever I visit Thailand. The spa has a remarkable ability to create a stable, comfortable, and calming environment that instantly puts me at ease. I'm delighted to find that they have a couple of branches here in Phuket, as this is my first time visiting the area.

Due to time constraints, I could only indulge in a 45-minute foot massage, but it was truly rejuvenating. I'm already looking forward to returning in the next few days to experience more of their services.

One suggestion I have for improvement is to offer booking options through WhatsApp or Line. Currently, they only accept reservations through telephone or their website, which may not be completely convenient for everyone. Having additional booking methods would provide more flexibility for guests.
