I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for eight years now, primarily because of their amazing salad bar buffet. The selection of food is outstanding, and the unlimited salad options never fail to impress me. The three different soup choices are a nice addition, but the downside is that they never change, making it a bit monotonous.

However, I must express my disappointment with the main courses, especially the chicken. The texture is consistently rubbery and unpleasant, which is puzzling and unappetizing. It's a shame that they haven't addressed this issue over the years, despite being a long-time customer.

Moreover, I find the overall pricing to be on the higher side. Considering the consistency of the issues with the chicken and the lack of variety in soups, the pricing seems a bit too much to justify.

At this point, my visits are limited to the salad buffet alone, as it's the only aspect that continues to impress me. I hope the restaurant takes customer feedback seriously and works towards improving the quality and variety of their main courses. Today I visited Sizzler at Central Festival Shopping Mall…here are my expert observations:

The restaurant is on the very top floor of the shopping mall. No problem…take the elevator. It’s totally worth it.

Several nice people greet you at the door. The floor manager is always on the floor making sure that everything is running smoothly. Great job

Arrive from 1pm to 5pm for the Salad bar for 139 baht…so worth it and so good!

Everything is so clean and attended too. The salad bar has plenty of variety, you have 4 choices of soup, and you get a little desert.

All guest were well behaved…no people using foul language or dresses like you now what. Nice family place with good food. Don't think that this is a 5 star place and write a bad review stating that it is. It's just a good place with people who work hard and care about their job. Enjoy this and give them a tip, they deserve it.

This Sizzler branch in the Royal Garden Plaza has a very tasteful interior. It is located on the ground floor of the shopping mall next to the beach road entrance. The food is tasty and the salad bar is still ok but not impressive any more. The prizes are changing constantly but there are some specials which makes it more affordable. Sizzler is expensive and the food is not that overwhelming. Unfortunately the kitchen staff seams to have not very good skills. Lately the salad buffet gets more basic. In one bowl were just onion rings and the Parmesan (US version) was missing too. Still a place to eat a healthy meal with a lot of room to improve. Barely 4 stars.
