The first person who came to our table said they couldn’t take orders as they were a trainee, then another woman came who was grumpy. My friend ordered a glass of coke. I noticed that our pizza has been sitting on the counter for a long time and asked the chef to bring it over. The waitresses were standing talking and playing with phones near the cashier and ignored the chef ringing the bell. I got up and walked over agin and the chef rang the bell for the 3rd time or so and the girl came and delivered what was now a cold pizza. The salad was smaller than what they served a year ago. - and had I known I wouldn’t have ordered it. The pizza price was higher than the last time, and toppings were a lot thinner than what I’ve had on home deliveries in Bangkok. When the bill came they’d charged for a refill coke which we had not ordered and the waitress said that the policy was to charge this even though none of the staff asked us first or offered a refill the whole time we were sitting there so this is very unfair. Finally, we’d been told on the phone to park in Royal Garden Plaza but when we asked for the parking stamp they said we can only park at Avani Hotel and the waitress that told us didn’t know.
