This is a long-established Thai massage chain with many branches—I visited the one at Terminal 21. The environment is clean, calm, and nicely decorated. You’re welcomed with a cool towel and tea, and they also wash your feet before the massage. Solo customers are usually assigned a private room, while two people may share a twin room. Free Wi-Fi is available, and the staff may lend you a charger if needed.
Before the massage begins, you're handed an iPad where you can select your preferences—including areas to avoid, areas needing more focus, and your preferred pressure level (light, medium, or strong). This is a nice modern touch. However, in my experience, the therapist didn’t fully follow the selections I made, so the effectiveness of this feature may vary.
You can also choose between male and female therapists, which is a thoughtful option for many guests.
Pricing is on the high side: 1,200 THB for 2 hours or 1,000 THB for 90 minutes—making the shorter session about 10% more expensive per minute. Compared to street-side massage shops charging 200–300 THB per hour, this place costs 2–3 times more.
Massage quality depends on the therapist; in my experience, the technique was decent but not exceptional. Near the end, they apply tiger balm or a cooling ointment and serve mango sticky rice with tea, which adds a pleasant finishing touch.
Final Ratings:
Service: 4 stars
Environment: 4–4.5 stars
Massage technique: 3.5–4 stars
Value for money: 2.5 stars
Summary: If you care about ambiance and comfort, this place offers a clean, relaxing experience with thoughtful extras. However, if you're focused solely on price and massage quality, the high cost and somewhat inconsistent execution may not justify the premium.

She handed me the card and asked me to try another time. What??!!! No no no! Definitely not coming back! Not good experience and not professional service. Don’t recommend this place at all! It looks nice and fancy but not good...
Read moreI had an extremely disappointing experience .The masseuse assigned to me was completely inexperienced and lacked the necessary skills, making this the worst massage I have ever had. When I requested a different masseuse, I was told that they couldn’t accommodate my request and that I could only leave and receive a refund for the remaining amount.
This not only wasted my time and money but also ruined my mood. I was looking forward to a relaxing experience but left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their staff training and customer...
