This is a long-established Thai massage chain with many branches—I visited the one at Terminal 21. The environment is clean, calm, and nicely decorated. You’re welcomed with a cool towel and tea, and they also wash your feet before the massage. Solo customers are usually assigned a private room, while two people may share a twin room. Free Wi-Fi is available, and the staff may lend you a charger if needed.

Before the massage begins, you're handed an iPad where you can select your preferences—including areas to avoid, areas needing more focus, and your preferred pressure level (light, medium, or strong). This is a nice modern touch. However, in my experience, the therapist didn’t fully follow the selections I made, so the effectiveness of this feature may vary.

I e been told this place is the best and treat customers well as soon you walk in they will rush you with welcome drink and super professional. Well that’s true I saw them how they treated all customers except me! Don’t know why ? All what I know it’s their bad luck. After waited for 20 min the front desk even skipped my turn and completely ignored me yes I was wearing my invisible suit. Anyway finally explained all the awesome services and picked one then she responded this one booked for the next 6 hours, picked another one and was booked too, then I asked if she have anything, she said no we are booked for the next 6 hours!! She handed me the card and asked me to try another time. What??!!! No no no! Definitely not coming back! Not good experience and not professional service. Don’t recommend this place at all! It looks nice and fancy but not good...

I had an extremely disappointing experience .The masseuse assigned to me was completely inexperienced and lacked the necessary skills, making this the worst massage I have ever had. When I requested a different masseuse, I was told that they couldn’t accommodate my request and that I could only leave and receive a refund for the remaining amount.
