One Patio Hotel — Hotel in Pattaya City

Visited from 26 February to 1 March 2021, The One Patio is a really nice, well done modern hotel that offers many amenities. Check-in in a nice lobby by very friendly staff, there is a free parking garage and a large swimming pool. The rooms are large enough and very well equipped. We had booked a suite and were pleasantly surprised at the size of the rooms. Unfortunately, there was no service information in the room and it turned out that the hotel does not have a restaurant. There is only a breakfast restaurant in a neighbouring building. We wanted to order something to eat and find out about breakfast in the room. A nice staff member then brought us some kind of menu, which was real sub-standard, like from cheap fast food, definitely not up to the standard of the hotel. We then ordered our food via Grab and for breakfast we went to a nice café. The hotel says there are a large number of restaurants right outside the door. This is true, but the standard of these restaurants is exceptionally modest. The location of the hotel is in principle very good, but unfortunately the walk to Beach Road is very long, as there is no connecting door to the adjacent direct path. Incomprehensible that the room safe is mounted on the floor - a kind of gym compulsion. We slept very well and quietly and the room service is excellent. What disturbed us enormously, however, was that the suite has an open bathroom, so that you have no privacy whatsoever when you shower or wash yourself. Even more extreme: the toilet is also open - without a door (!!), so that you can watch from the living room and, of course, from the bedroom (see photo) and have the full noise and smell experience. The management is not professional enough to install a simple curtain that would solve the problem. This is neither acceptable for a 5-star hotel (which is how the hotel presents itself) nor for a good 3-star hotel (which is the reality). Currently staying here and keep extending our room due to super amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Definitely 5 stars for the staff at this beautiful hotel. The hotel is probably more like a 3 1/2 stars due to room having thin walls. You can hear neighbors tv and people walking down the halls and outside noises. There are no power points near the bed to charge phones and computers. Hotel also does not include breakfast you have to pay extra for breakfast. They do offer in room complimentary teas, coffees and bottle waters as well as toiletries. The hotel is located 5 mins away from 2 big malls and many varieties of restaurants and convenience stores and massage places in the immediate area. Everything is literally with in mins away from left of hotel to right of hotel. Thailand hotels are known to have rock hard beds in most hotels and this is the BEST thing that we love about this hotel. The mattress is soft and comfortable and bedding is soft and comfortable as well. The room has high ceiling and and is very large and extremely roomy. We were lucky we came during low season and was able to get a great rate on this. If you happen to come to visit Pattaya and a soft mattress/ bed is needed and some noise does not bother you than I highly recommended one point due to awesome staff and soft bed and location then this beautiful hotel is for you. We would stay again...

Pattaya fireworks festival 2021 this place is close to beach, we can walk and have a very good time. Place is nice, clean , convenient .

However it will be more expensive during any Festival. Recommended

One Patio Hotel Pattaya is a great place to stay if you are looking for a beautiful beach vacation. The hotel is very close to the beach, walking distance, and it has an amazing pool. Rooms are clean and convenient. The staff is very polite and professional. They also have an excellent restaurant with delicious food!

This is a great hotel to stay at! It's close and convenient to many attractions and the beach. The staff is always helpful and we loved the atmosphere. The price was also unbeatable, we couldn't find anything this good for that low of a price. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Pattaya for fireworks festival 2021!
