Sizzler has always been one of my favorite places to dine, and my recent visit reminded me why I keep coming back. The food was absolutely delicious, and everything was served fresh and well-prepared. One of the best parts of eating at Sizzler is their all-you-can-eat salad bar — the vegetables are incredibly fresh, the variety is great, and the dressings are flavorful. I especially enjoyed their creamy potato salad, coleslaw, and fruit options. It’s a perfect place if you’re trying to eat healthy or just want a fresh side with your meal.

But the highlight for me has to be their Tom Yum Soup. It’s rich, tangy, and has just the right amount of spice — very comforting and full of authentic Thai flavors. I could seriously have it every time I visit! It’s one of the dishes I look forward to the most.

The staff was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant had a clean and cozy atmosphere, perfect for both family meals and casual dining.

If you’re looking for tasty food, a wide selection of sides, and a relaxed dining experience, I definitely recommend visiting Sizzler. Great for both adults and kids — there’s something for everyone...

We had come here as someone we knew had recommended it and we were on holiday in Pattaya looking for places to eat. Immediately loved that they had a salad bar and the food looked good.

Just unfortunate as there was a mix up with our food and we were given the wrong meals and when we had told the staff this, it led to a unpleasant encounter with the staff and manager at the time. I understand working in a restaurant can be stressful and whatnot and mistakes happen but considering it was quiet and not many people inside, I'd expect them to have handled it in a better way.

It led to my mother and father not really having the appetite for their meals. The staff were expecting us to pay for the wrong meals they had given us which were almost twice the amount of what we had actually ordered and they had made it very clear we had inconvenienced them by the attitude of how they were handling this when it wasn't us that had made the mistake. They didn't end up charging us for those meals in the end, just what we had originally ordered so it was fine.

I don't know what happened in this branch after Covid but the service is just very slow, unenthusiastic and poor.

Everything, from getting a table, to get your drink, yes, even to pay is going in slow motion. The salad buffé is lacking some items and some items is running low in the bowls. Not like other Sizzler branches I visit. If you order a refill drink you are lucky if you receive the drink before you finish your food. If you manage to get a refill (that you paid for) you are even more lucky. They don't even manage to give you proper cutlery. Of course you get a spoon for the soup if you ask for it but the whole atmosphere at this branch just screams unenthusiasm. Sad, because I like the location.

After 3 visits during the last 2 weeks, all on weekdays and not at peak time I realized I have to change branch.
