Bad experience. We got served mediocre food. But the steak we ordered didn't taste beef at all. I did order medium rare. Got medium rare. But the flavour it tasted weirdly. First it tasted like liver. Then next bite watery. There was no beef flavour. I did ask for a new one but they rejected. They offered to fry it well done. But that would ruin the flavour. I asked if they could just make a pizza instead. I'm quite disappointed since I even told them to try it. A proper restaurant would have checked the flavour. Disappointed with the Service and Transparency Visited [Pizza Company Name] today after seeing a promotion for “Buy one pizza, get the second for 1 THB.” Unfortunately, the staff was unwilling to share details about the promotion. When I asked, they dismissed it, claiming there was no such offer.

After insisting, someone from inside finally confirmed the promotion but mentioned they “don’t wish to serve it.” This behavior is extremely unprofessional and misleading to customers.

Love Garlic bread

We came to this franchise after decades. Pizza was average, cheese sticks were edible but within time, and spaghetti was again alright. Garlic bread was good.
