Positives: the hostess was great and very sweet, the massages were decent, and the facial was great. They provide complimentary tea and the place was clean and well set up.

Negatives: my husband and I were taken into a couple’s room and told to lie down face down with no further instructions. So we lied down under the blanket that was available. 15-20 mins later, our masseuses come in screaming in Thai and we have no idea what’s happening. They grab the blankets off of us and keep saying “down”. We thought maybe we’re in the wrong room and need to go downstairs. We are both basically naked and standing in the corner of the room very confused with these two women just yelling. We then understand that all she wants us to do was like on top of the blanket but it was extremely rude how they uncovered us and made us stand there naked while yelling. In addition, it made for a very uncomfortable massage because the lady didn’t understand a word of English. I couldn’t tell her what parts to avoid or focus on and I was extremely uncomfortable at times. We were under the impression they spoke English because all prior communication was in English. Not to mention the lady uncovered my breasts from the towel and massaged them which made me extremely uncomfortable and I had not consented to that. THEN, I had ordered the 1.5 hour combo oil massage and facial which was 850 bahts. The lady spent 2 hours on me so they charged me 1150 but I had not signed up for that. Not sure how the extra 30 mins is 300 more bahts. If you don’t mind the language barrier and want to just get a massage in quiet without voicing how you want your massage to go, I would...

After reading rave reviews online, We went to this place for a 90 mins Thai Hot Oil Massage with Head and Shoulder Balm, And it was one of the worst massages I've had in the all my 5 times and countless massages in Thailand it self. the masseuse, assigned to me was I dont know tired or didn't plain care about the job. She just kept rubbing oil and wiping it off. not really working on any pressure points, if I told her to work with a little pressure, she would put so much that I would cry in pain. If I would ask her to press little lighter she would just graze her hand. Half her time was spent talking to my Husband's masseuse, which is also not a relaxing experience if two people keep yapping while you are trying to relax. After addressing my concerns. the staff at the place wasn't even responsive. they kept dismissing the complaint saying this one is saying this... and the masseuse kept arguing with me in thai... not her and not the staff noone actually were polite and responsive. I would warn you if you are going to the place please be very cautious of who your massage lady is. Also if you don't like even a little bit, don't drag the massage Like I did. later they told me I should have just asked for a change in between the massage. but when I was talking to my lady in the process she didn't understand a thing. but at time of argument later she understood everything and kept retoring back. I would suggest going for smaller but better much better places than the big chain setup. where they don't care about the customer...

I used to come here regularly for massages, and I’ve always really appreciated the quality of the service. I even recommended the place to a friend and brought him along this time. I booked a two-hour massage, expecting the same relaxing experience I usually have. But to my surprise, they placed me in the same room as my friend — without any kind of separation between us.

Honestly, it was very uncomfortable and awkward. I tried to stay calm and enjoy the massage, but I just couldn’t. For a foot massage, maybe it would have been fine, but for a full oil massage with no curtain, no divider, and less than a meter apart? It completely ruined the experience for me. I felt so uneasy I was just waiting for it to be over. It felt inappropriate, and I had never experienced something like that before — I’ve always been in a private room until now.

Despite this unfortunate experience, I still want to say that this has been one of the best massage places I’ve known. The staff are kind, the massages are professional, and the manager always takes time to greet you, ask how you’re feeling, and give thoughtful recommendations.

That’s why I’m still giving 4 stars — for all the times I came and it went really well. But this time was a huge disappointment. I don’t know what they were thinking, putting me in the same room as someone else, especially for an oil massage. It felt wrong. I won’t be coming back, but I’m grateful for the good experiences I’ve had...
