This is a classic case of hiring unintelligent staff and hurting a brand. A real shame and pity. The place looks good, but experience totally ruined by staff. We had 6 people including senior citizens. After ordering some drinks, we informed the staff that to please not put sugar into the coffee drink for diabetic (medical) reasons. They said cannot! I asked if it because of premixed concoction or is sugar syrup added separately into the drinks. They said sugar syrup is added SEPARATELY. When I told them since it's separately added as a sugar syrup, can they please not add it. A look of confusion arose on all their faces behind the coffee counter. One of them said cannot and everyone looked confused. I politely told them, it's OK, as a customer, I understand that it may be your recipe, but since it's a separately added sugar syrup, can they just not add it. It's a medical choice. Again they said cannot... They MUST add it because the coffee is supposed to taste sweet. A 3rd time, I tried to explain that we cannot have sugar in there, please do not add the sugar syrup, again they said must add. We gave up and all just walked out. Unbelievable idiocracy! To the owner of this Cafe, u have a lovely looking place, but you may need to have a serious chat with...
Read moreEveryone seems to be talking about GRAPH Coffee, so of course I had to visit. And yes — the aesthetic is stunning. The design, the branding, and the passion for collaborating with local Thai beans really impressed me. But… let’s talk coffee. I tried two drinks: ☕ Lost Garden ☕ Downtown If I had to pick, Downtown was the better of the two. But honestly? Both drinks leaned more towards rose tea or lemon iced tea vibes than actual coffee. It might be that I made the wrong choice — totally possible! But for me, the flavor wasn’t quite what I expected from a high-end specialty café. As a Phuket local who loves this island, I also felt the price point was a bit steep, especially compared to other great cafés in town. That said — I still recommend GRAPH for tourists and design lovers. It’s a great photo spot, and you’ll enjoy the creativity and care they put into every cup. Just sharing my honest thoughts here — and if you loved it more than I did, that’s...
