I gotta admit that this restaurant does serve above average Thai dishes. It's a very popular restaurant, so you gotta make sure you arrive early or book a table. There are 3 levels. It's best not to sit on the ground floor or the 1st floor. It tends to be rather crowded and busy.
Their "yum" or salad dishes are excellent. For instance, Green Papaya Salad, Lemongrass and Prawn Salad, Grilled Eggplant Salad.
Other dishes like Crispy Pork in Red Chilli Paste is my favourite; however, the Beef Green Colour is not that great.
There are not a lot of selection on Thai dessert; however, there are lots of Western style desserts such as waffles, and cakes. Their Thai dessert is varied by the day. Each day they have different Thai dessert. The coconut sorbet is great.
It's easier to get the parking here; however, perhaps the one at Central World tastes better.
I love this restaurant, so definitely...
Read moreThis place is a true gem for those looking for authentic traditional Thai cuisine with contemporary touch. Food (and also bakery) are prepared by using fresh and high quality ingredients delivered from the Royal Project Foundation. The restaurant's cozy atmosphere adds more charm to this place. Wide array of menus available, with some western dishes cooked with a signature Thai twist too. My favorite dishes are roti with green chili curry (either with beef or pork), real Thai taste, five-star and must-try. You can go for some appetizers like khanom-tuay-jean and po-piet-sod, they are great too! The bakery section is also heaven. I love Soft Chocolate cake and Coffee Raisin cake. Outdoor seatings are also available. This place is good for lunch and...

They are known for this and have always been known for this dish as well as their chocolate cake and satay with peanut sauce and nice refreshing chilled rice in jasmine water water with small bites of flavorful morsels on the side. Their noodle dishes are really good too, one of the best suki hang made with bean thread noodles and also the ladna. Make sure you generously pour that red sauce on the suki hang which is not spicy at all but makes this dish. On the streets you will see this sauce already cooked in with the noodles stir fried which kills the probiotic properties of the fermented bean paste that is used. Food is always fresh bc...
