Do not buy online from this store.

I bought some items online because i liked what i saw in the photos. I emailed to ask if they would ship turkish post and if i could pay with paypal before a few days before I finally paid. No answer. So, I paid because I wanted the items in the photos.

Items were sent fast, but all wrong items were recieved. They did not inform me that all the photos of items I saw were not available, just substituted without asking. I didn't even get 1 item I wanted. I emailed because the wrong items were recieved. They replied with too bad, you can return but at my cost. To return, I have to spend more money for their mistake!!!

I emailed 3 times to the same email. They only replied to my last email after i recieved items to complain about the wrong items.

Poor service. No apology to attempt to fix error or poor communication. Obviously this store has very big ego. Lots of other stores like this in istanbul. They have much better service. Try those instead. (I travel to istanbul, I will not shop here again)

This merchant carries authentic, beautiful traditional Turkish craftwork at very reasonable prices. I ordered an Iznik Design Ceramic Pitcher and it arrived in perfect condition just as gorgeous as the images on the website. Note that these items ship from Istanbul and are hand made so it may take some time before they're delivered. My order required two months for fulfillment but it was well worth the wait!
