aloha!! coming from hawaii we are used to the tourist / restaurant experience however this was the most personalized special experience we've ever had.
arriving we were met by Mirlene at the front of house who looked beautiful and took us through the restaurant giving us several seating options until finally deciding on the best beachfront seat in the house.
Mirlene was so kind and helpful she was happy then gladly took photos both with us and of us becoming a integral part of our experience.
we were then met by Gerald who was our host/server for the evening. a striking tall beautiful man who was equally as joyful and kind. after Mirlene recommended the "watermelon squash" drink Gerald recommended the "berry coconut cream" both non-alcoholic drinks.
we were very excited for the options and ordered them both only to be split as a couple on which was best. we loved the drinks were fresh juice without sugar or corn syrup as most fruit drinks are just sugar these were delicious and tasted homemade. we then went to order however being plant-based (vegan) there weren't any options on the menu. so Gerald kindly brought us his ipad to view the online menus we looked at home prior to deciding. while we waited Gerald and house manager Abdhi brought us bread however after a quick conversation they made an audible to verify there was no dairy then brought us fresh olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dipping. the option to not start with traditional bread and butter on top of what was already an amazing experience really set the tone for the quality of service.
we ordered the "infiniti curry" and the "miso tofu." the curry was one of the best dishes we've ever had. the tofu was good yet seemed to be a fusion that we didn't really care for.
back to the curry. it was a perfect balance of indian spice with a small bit of heat. delicious fresh veggies with rice in a large bowl that we both shared. the food was so good even the tofu that we didn't care for got eaten.
our experience got even better when singer Reynaldo (who was recently tipped $20k by rapper Drake) opened his live set with gregory isaacs "night nurse" which my girl being a doctor is one of our favorites. Reynaldo has such a beautiful voice and i believe is only there tuesdays however the entire staff agreed he is the best singer they have performing.
after taking some time to dance in the walkway our "anniversary dessert" came which was young coconut vegan ice cream. so delicious. again not packed with sugar or syrup, just fresh cool happiness on a spoon.
we stayed for maybe 3 hours drinking bottled water, dancing, and mingling with the staff taking pictures and having conversations about how happy we were to have the infiniti experience (instead of indigo restaurant the 2nd most fancy spot on the island).
the check was expensive but so worth the experience. we've paid much more at different restaurants only to have mediocre service with subpar food. this is the place to splurge.
this place is full of celebrities but we felt treated as such just being regular humans.
if you are in providenciales (turks & caicos) or "provo" as they call it - make the reservation - and come experience something unforgettable.
although we've traveled a lot and eaten at some amazing locations during the past 2 year we continue to laugh about this being our best evening as a couple hands-down!!
ask for Mirlene (front of the house), Gerald (server), Abdhi (house manager) and Reynaldo (tuesday live music) and DONT WAIT TILL YOUR LAST DAY HERE. this was day 2 of our trip and we are so glad we've got this opportunity to share with the world.
mahalo!! -doctor...

During my visit to the stunning Turks and Caicos Islands, I had the pleasure of dining at Infiniti Restaurant and Raw Bar at the Grace Bay Club, and it was an unforgettable experience that I highly recommend.
From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome from the staff set a positive tone for the evening. The decor of the restaurant is a perfect blend of elegance and beachy charm, with chic furnishings that complement the breathtaking views of the turquoise waters. We were fortunate enough to be seated at one of the tables closest to the beach, offering a spectacular ocean view that made our dinner feel like a scene from a postcard.
However, being at the prime location came with its drawbacks. As we enjoyed our meal, it was hard to ignore the constant stream of people standing in front of our table, snapping photos of the picturesque sunset. While I understand the allure of capturing such a beautiful moment, it did detract slightly from the intimacy of our dining experience.
The outdoor setting, while enchanting, did present a challenge with the heat during the early part of our meal. Thankfully, as the sun began to set, a refreshing breeze rolled in, transforming the atmosphere into something magical. The live saxophone music added to the ambiance, creating a mellow backdrop that enhanced our dining pleasure.
Now, letâs talk about the food. The menu offered a variety of options that made it difficult to choose, but we were ultimately blown away by the presentation and flavors of each dish. The salad was fresh and expertly prepared, showcasing the culinary talent of the chefs. Each plate was a work of art, and the flavors were equally impressive, making every bite a delight. Yes, the prices are on the higher side, but the quality justifies the cost.
As for dessert, it was the perfect sweet ending to our mealâtasty and beautifully presented, it left us with happy smiles.
Overall, my experience at Infiniti Restaurant and Raw Bar was memorable for all the right reasons. Despite the minor inconveniences of the heat and the bustling photo seekers, the combination of excellent service, delicious food, and stunning ambiance made it worth every penny. I would definitely recommend planning ahead and making a reservation, ideally aiming to arrive just before sunset to fully enjoy the breathtaking views and the enchanting atmosphere. If you find yourself in Turks and Caicos, do not miss the chance to dine hereâyou...
Read moreWe celebrated my birthday here yesterday, and I cannot think of any worse place to have done this, I left feeling awful because of how our waitress treated me. Itâs tough enough having a birthday on Fatherâs Day when your fatherâs recently passed away, but then when your waitress is very impersonal and actually throws your plates of food on your table at you, itâs very degrading and disheartening. At the end of the meal, the restaurant gave a complementary birthday ice cream/dessert⊠Our waitress brought it over and said âwhose birthday is it, whose birthday is it, whose birthday is it?â (Very aggressively.) And then threw it right in front of me and walked away. She didnât even give us utensils to eat it with. We sat there waiting to get utensils and she kept ignoring us, so we just left the dessert there because we had nothing to eat it with and because I was feeling more and more awful with every minute passing by. We didnât even make a big fuss to her about how awful the food was, particularly my food, which I ordered from the vegan menu. The vegan corn soup was so bitter and astringent, it was very difficult to eat this. The miso glazed tofu was really awful and felt like a lazy attempt to make this dish. It was quite literally raw tofu with very sugary glazing placed on top. The mushrooms were awful. I actually didnât finish more than a third of this dish. The waitress didnât care to check on us to see if our food was OK the whole time. Perhaps it mightâve been an opportunity for to order something better (which I would have paid for). My husband said his fish was extremely lackluster too. For over $200, we think there is better value at some of the other nearby restaurants, I wouldnât bother risking celebrating any special events here. My birthday was truly awful because of our server and the very lackluster food we had. The view here was OK as well, I think...
