We just celebrated our honeymoon at the wonderful Grace Bay Club for the last 9 days and it was everything we dreamed it would be plus more! The of service we received was exceptional and it is clear that there is a genuine culture of kindness and love that is shared by all on site. Each encounter started with being called by name and by the end of our time in Turks, we felt like we belonged as members of their extended family. We were blessed with ANTONIO and RAMSEY as our personal concierges. As this was our first trip to the island, we relied heavily on their recommendations and guidance and they did an exceptional job showing us around the property and ensuring that we knew how to communicate with them (via WhatsApp). They were quick to respond to any needs we had and also arranged a very sweet surprise of chocolate covered strawberries and champagne with fresh flowers in our suite for us one afternoon to celebrate our honeymoon. They always had a smile and if they did not have an immediate answer for our questions-they were quick to investigate and get back to us. We will 100% ask for them when we return. We stayed in the adult building (Hotel building) which was perfect for couples and the adult pool and hot tub area is picturesque. The family pool has a swim up bar but we never even ventured to that area as the staff on the adult side kept us so well hydrated and comfortable we never wanted to change locations! We had a few gentlemen care for us including YVES, MOSES, and REGINALD (REGI). We looked forward to seeing them each day and their individual personalities were fun to learn. KEVIN assisted us with snorkel gear and took us out on the sail boats that are included with your stay at Grace Bay Club! They will teach you to sail on your own but with very little experience we felt better having KEVIN take us out and he was happy to oblige. He is so incredibly knowledgeable in terms of boating and the water and was able to share some island history with us while we sailed. GARTH and DRE are pillars of the community and rock the Just Tacos stand on the beach with fun music great drinks. It’s always a party and the food is LEGIT! It was really hard to pick a favorite dish as everything we ate was delicious but I think one of my favorite dishes while on the island may have been the tuna tostado. Don’t forget to grab one of GARTH’S famous fishhook drinks either! The Infinity restaurant and bar on site is incredible and we ate several meals there and loved each one. They have a little bit of everything so you can find what you like. Bartender MELODI’S attentiveness was above and beyond and she worked hard to make us comfy one evening during a crazy rainstorm when the restaurant was packed! Host SIBHU remembered my husband’s name and his drink of choice after interacting with him only once and if you love rum punch you have to have FREDDY make you one-they are the BEST and sure to make you feel warm and tingly. He was one of the first waitstaff we met upon arrival and we asked for him to make our rum punches for the rest of the trip. Breakfast in the grill was fantastic! I’m Not usually a breakfast water but the spread is absolutely beautiful with tons of options. We loved seeing hostesses EDDIANA, JESSIE, and ALISSA and BEATRICE (grill manager) was a joy and made morning breakfasts very personal. It was like being taken care of by your island Momma. I also can’t forget wait staff STANELY and JUNIE (and her hot sauce!!) You have to take a bottle or 2 home. We had a private beachside dinner one evening and were waited on by JOSEPH. I imagine waiting on a table while trudging through sand can be a challenge but he handled our dinner with grace and the table that was set was absolutely beautiful. I’m summary, we will return to Grace Bay club one day-hopefully that day will be soon! Missing everyone already. If you are considering booking a trip whether with family or a special someone…do it! You won’t regret it.

I just concluded my stay of 5 days and nights at the Grace Bay Club in Provo. Let me say, I was absolutely stunned at the level of customer service there. Firstly, when you arrive, there is a low cost shuttle from the airport to take you to the hotel, all arranged by the hotel ahead of time. The route is about 20 minutes long. The driver was very nice and knowledgeable about the area. Once you arrive, you are seated in the lobby and given a Rum Punch and moist towelette to start you off. Not a bad way to start a vacation at all. Next, you are introduced to your personal concierge. Our concierge was Lisa, and, let me tell you, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make us feel welcome. I have never had a concierge experience like this. She gave us a personal telephone where we could call her at all hours. Don’t know how to work the TV? Call Lisa. Need a recommendation for dinner? Call Lisa. Want a tour with discounted rates? Call Lisa. Just want to chat? Call Lisa. I cannot say enough great things about her. Not only were the accommodations stunning (we stayed in a 1 BR 2BA with a kitchen and pull out couch facing the beautiful turquoise water), but the people are SO NICE. Everyone at Grace Bay Club was exceptionally courteous, going out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. The housekeeping staff are all lovely and when we forgot (multiple times) to take off the “Do Not Disturb” sign and called back later, they came in minutes to come and tidy the room. Llana, who works with the housekeeping staff, was so much fun to talk to and was so incredibly caring and kind during our stay. Christine worked with us with our reservations and was totally a blessing when we realized that our reservation was off – she fixed the reservation in a second and put our minds at ease. While we were dining at one of their two restaurants, we met Fitz. He was so incredibly nice and knowledgeable, helping us find the best local locations and tours while we waited for our food (which was DELICIOUS by the way). The Grace Bay Club is extremely centrally located – you can walk to most places, it is right on the water, and has free bikes for anywhere that seems a bit too far to walk. But, here comes the best part – after working in the morning and then laying out on the beach, I came back to my room to find balloons, a bottle of champagne, a bottle of wine, and a cake with my room decorated! I had casually mentioned to Lisa and Fitz that morning that I was taking the vacation because I had just graduated and was going to grad school, and not only did they remember, but they totally outdid themselves. I was baffled by the extraordinary customer service. They also invited our family to a complimentary happy hour on the water, courtesy of the hotel, right after that, where we had the opportunity to meet other guests and where I profusely thanked Lisa and Fitz for their kindness and generosity. In conclusion, is there a way to give 10 stars???? 5 is not nearly enough for these beautiful people!

My husband and I just left yesterday and cannot wait to return. There are so many reasons why we loved this place, but here are a couple: 1. THE VIEW - our jaws completely dropped when we walked into the room (A-204). We spent a lot of time on our patio enjoying the beauty of Grace Bay. Despite the fact that we loved that we could just walk out to a gorgeous beach, the expansive view from our floor and the privacy of the patio made it extremely desirable to just hang out there. 2. The suite - SO.MUCH.ROOM. It was just my husband and I and it was so comfortable to have so much space. Additionally, it was stocked with plenty of bottled water, a complimentary bottle of rose that we enjoyed on the patio and in the jacuzzi, snacks, and plenty of high quality toiletries. The tech was fantastic as well. The main TV was gigantic and had many more channels than I've ever seen on a hotel tv, and also had streaming service apps. There was also usb chargers by the bed that came in very handy since I forgot my charging hub (had my cord). They also had a phone sanitizing device that I used often! I also loved the decor in the room (and the rest of the resort as well). Very stylish and unique touches throughout. I also loved that an adults only section existed here. It was one of the main draws for me to pick this resort. Lastly, the walls and floor were concrete, so sound pollution is minimal above and next to you. It was fantastic. 3. The food/drinks - the daily breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food (our faves were the french toast with vanilla sauce and the pastries), so we never tired of what was available each day. We also had lunch at Krave, Just Tacos, room service, ate at Infinity Restaurant and the bar/lounge, and all was delicious. The truffle fries at and Watermelon crush cocktail at Infinity are my absolute faves. 4. The service - it was very convenient to be able to text our concierge and the front desk for anything we needed. They were always very helpful. We were also given a late check-out without us even asking, which was a great gesture. Check out time is at noon, but our airport transportation wasn't picking us up until 1:30, so they extended to 1:30. 5. Location on Grace Bay - we walked about 20 min in each direction on the beach, and it really does seem like Grace Bay Club has the premium location. The beach area is very roomy, giving you tons of space from the water and people walking by. It was also nice that any boat excursions would pick you up right on the beach from the hotel. 6. Covid protocols - we felt very safe here. Staff always asked us to sanitize our hands upon arrival, entry to the restaurants, and other public areas. All staff always had masks on and encouraged guests to have them on in public areas as well. I cannot wait to return!
