Please read this before booking or if you have already booked!

Be careful to check the bill as we got charged falsely. When we pointed this out they were being very difficult about it.

The car they gave us smelled like cigarrettes and when we complained about this they just said sorry but did not offer to resolve the matter.

The person at the counter threatened to call the police when I said that they were behaving rudely.

I would NOT recommend this location to anyone. Please save yourself the trouble and book from another company or another location.

I would give zero stars if possible.

Very disappointing experience. When we picked up the car, it was clearly not cleaned after the previous customer — there were empty plastic bottles, candy wrappers, and even leftover chips on the seat. Despite pointing this out, the staff did nothing to compensate. Additionally, we collected the car around 4 PM, and at no point were we told that returning it later than that time — even by a couple of hours — would result in an entire extra day being charged. We returned the car at 8:00 PM due to traffic, and were surprised to see the extra charge on our bill. Between the lack of cleanliness and the poor communication about fees, this was a frustrating and disappointing rental experience. I wouldn’t recommend...
