Horrible delivery and service...will not recommend anyone...have brough 2 chandeliers which as promised had to be assembled by marina homes and we have to arrange for electrician to hang them. When the delivery guys came they refused to assemble them stating that if we assembled they will fall while hanging them. We asked them any times to assemble as our electrician was getting late but they refused. Right from start we requested them to give us a exact time so we can arrange electrician at that exact time which was also not given. Finally after buying such expensive things and having so much of headache for assembly (which we had to do ourselves) and delivery i will neither enter the store again nor recommend anyone. A big thumbs down for Marina...

Pricy and awful customer service. I spent over AED 40k. If you purchase chandeliers they won't install them, they won't even hang them even if hooks and scaffolding are already provided...and no lightbulbs either! Have fun trying to coordinate getting an electrician and workers to hang a chandelier when Marina home tells you "Delivery between 2 pm and 6 pm"...and then they show up 12! After the chandelier was hung they fitted the pendants and left...leaving me to complete assembly of a 5 piece sofa and place a stone dining table and other heavy items...they did say "call customer service". Do I need to take another appointment 2 weeks out to move...

One of the worst experiences ever. I ordered a dining table from them recently, they delivered a scratched table and returned it back with them. Later on, they delivered the new one after 10 days which was broken as well. After another week, they delivered the third replacement which was damaged also. And now I still await for replacement.
