Hi to the management,
I visited today this branch of Gazebo and plans to dine in today (July 2, 2021). I'd like to raise this concern to avoid future visitors being disrespected.
It's Friday around 10:45 am, I visited the branch in DIFC, I haven't got the name of the staff that I talked to. I asked him if they are already accepting customers. He told me not yet, although they are open already. I then asked him what time will they be accepting customers, he told me 11 am. So I decided to roam around DIFC since it will be only for a few mins. I went back at 11 am to eat in Gazebo, but still, they did not allow me to sit in. I asked the guy that I talked to and he is with another Indian guy, I asked what time will they be accepting guests, he told me 11:30. so I asked the guy from earlier as to why did he say 11 ? and now 11:30, and why aren't they allowing their customers to take a seat and wait in the restaurant until they will be available to serve. I asked the reason, and both of them are speaking in their language. Then I asked as they are ignoring me, the guy that told me 11:30 mentioned it Friday (I can understand, but the way they spoke to me are very rude and disrespectful). The management can visit their CCTV and check who are these employees I'm talking about and hopefully, they can correct the attitude of their staff.
Very disappointed, they should have told me earlier so I can decide as to eat in another restaurant or wait for them, they just...

Gazebo is located on the ground floor of DIFC, kind of like a mall. The moment we walked in, the warm vibes and hospitality won us over.
We started with the Chicken Galaoti Kebab and Sheermal (a slightly sweet bread). Let me tell you—it was incredible. The flavors were spot on. Then we moved on to the Chicken Tikka Masala, paired with Taftaan bread and Rogini Roti. Every single bite was packed with authentic Lucknowi flavors, and we couldn't get enough. On other days we tried chicken soup, malpua rabri..all amazing
In fact, we loved it so much that we ended up going back for dinner every night. The servers were super friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better.
If you're in the area, I can’t recommend Gazebo enough. Trust me,...
Read moreI recently ordered the XXXL Murkh Tikka Biryani from Gazebo for AED 405, expecting a generous portion worthy of its price tag. However, the experience was nothing short of a letdown.
Despite the hefty price, the quantity of chicken was shockingly low—less than 1 kg in an XXXL serving! For a dish that is supposed to cater to a large group, this was outright unacceptable. It felt more like a massive serving of rice with a token amount of chicken rather than a proper biryani.
To make matters worse, the quality and taste did not justify the cost. The flavors were underwhelming, and it lacked the signature rich taste Gazebo is known for. The balance between meat and rice was completely off, making the dish feel incomplete.
For the price of AED 405, I expected far better quantity and quality. Sadly, this felt like an overpriced gimmick rather than a premium dish. If you’re looking for a hearty, well-balanced biryani, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
Rating: 1/5 – Overpriced, disappointing, and...
